They were professional, efficient and did an amazing job on my car. They dropped me off at work while completing the repair. The lady who dropped me off was professional and friendly. They also brought my car to me. The young man who brought my car was also friendly and professional. Everything was easy from drop off to pay. The car is running great now and they even cleaned out the inside. Highly recommend for amazing customer service, and repairs that are guaranteed to be done right. My car runs better now than it did before the check engine light issue!

I recently took my 2012 Jeep Patriot in for brakes and routine service. I appreciate the technician bringing to my attention other issues that if unchecked would have possibly caused me issues on my travel this weekend. I know that the service is a little bit more cost than other businesses, but I feel like you get what you pay for. I have never had a bad experience at this location.

First time taking my truck to Royalty and I am glad I did as I had such an awesome experience from the moment I walked in to the office to the time I came to pick up my truck. Extensive explanation of the work accomplished and didn't try to upsell me on anything. Left with a 12 page detailed list of work done on my truck and inspection findings - I was amazed as most shops don't give you that extensive review and put it to paper. I made a huge mistake with my Sierra Denali 1500 diesel by putting DEF into the fuel. Royalty auto was my first thought that came to mind when I realized what I had done. They towed my vehicle they systematically troubleshot and repaired my vehicle! I cannot say enough about these people and their business! This is the way things are supposed to be!
