My wife originally found Royalty Auto through their YouTube videos. We live in Orlando, and when she told me she was going to take her car there for service, I initially thought it was completely unnecessary. I thought we had good mechanics locally. A particular issue with my wife's car occurred (alternator and battery not holding a charge), and it so happened that the Sherwood men did a video on the exact same issue. Even though we had a one-year warranty, the local guys couldn't find the source of the problem, although they told us twice they did find it and remedied it, only to have the battery dead again two days later. The Sherwoods, found the problem within literally 30-60 minutes of my arrival! And they did fix the problem? And it wasn't anything that our local guys even looked at. The battery now holds its charge perfectly after they fixed it. That whole issue made a believer out of me, and now we both drive our vehicles to Kingsland for service, even our oil changes. The staff are amazing, welcoming, professional, yet extremely friendly. I'm a kind of helicopter guy; have to regularly know where the mechanics are on the service timeline of our cars, etc. These nice people put up with my nuances and never make me feel like I'm annoying them. It's well worth a day every six months to a year to get this type of service. Highly recommend them.

Very friendly Service Manager and staff. Dropped off the car and was given a free ride home. The car was ready when promised and had been washed. I also enjoy the videos on Youtube.

I really love the show,I have a question about my vehicle I was wondering if you could help me with a question, I have a Buick Encore GX ST 2022 and it got hot on me the other day well I took it to the shop and they said the thermostat was sticking and to replace it was 1800 well do you have to replace the air conditioner in it to get to the thermostat thank you and love the show.vroom

I was very satisfied with the work they did on my car. Extremely friendly and helpful. Addressed the issue I was concerned about. Work was done in a timely manner which was important to me. I would definitely recommend Royalty Auto Service to anyone.they treat you like ROYALTY!!!!

I brought my car, 2017 Nissan Pathfinder, in due to surging and two idiot lights intermittantly illuminating. In the process of troubleshooting it was discovered a software update had never been done. Rather than replace all the parts the lights and computer indicated needed replacement, the software update was performed first. YES, it fixed the problems 100%. I have since driven for over 3,000 miles and it drives like a champ! What a relief!!! When I picked up my car, not only was the customary car wash and vacuum completed, and of course the long stem red rose on my dash. I also had little Royalty Auto plush teddy bears in my two toddler car seats. WOW! So very observant and kind on many, many levels. I appreciate Royalty Auto's staff and mechanics. Thank you for exhibiting the level of trust and kindness we all need.

Sierra was very nice and the problem with the vehicle was fixed as expected. Although I drove 2:45 from my house to your shop, I understand that your services deserve a 5.0 rating.

As someone who has performed all of my own routine maintenance for the last twenty plus years, I have been lucky I havent needed any major repair work done to my vehicles. I stumbled onto Royalty Autos YouTube channel about a year ago and became obsessed with watching. A couple of months ago my 2020 Jeep Gladiator started having major problems and after exhausting my skills, I knew I would have to take it somewhere. I had no idea where to turn for service! I asked around for recommendations but had no luck. It then dawned on me to turn to Royalty. Keep in mind I live four and a half hours away and had to trailer the jeep to their shop. I called them up and Jonathan answered and it was seamless after that first call! He was very thorough, courteous and an absolute professional to deal with. They checked the Jeep out and gave me an amazing rundown of the findings! As I feared, the engine needed to be replaced! Quite a costly repair and not something I would want done by just anyone. Within a week they had the jeep ready to go and I flew done to pick it up. Jonathan once again gave me an amazing rundown on everything that took place with the engine replacement and what I needed to do for the break in period as well. Many people thought I was crazy for going so far to a group I had never met for the work. Crazy thing I felt like I had met them through hours of.youtube videos, I have no regrets at all and would do it again in a second. Thank you to everyone involved in the work and especially thank you Jonathan for such outstanding service!
