I cannot say enough good things about this shop. From dropping me off to my home while they worked on my car to an inspection report that was easy to read, fair pricing and delivering my car back to my home once it was ready with a rose and a smile. Top notch service all around! Shout out to Jim, Tammy and the sweet young lady that delivered my car back to me. Have never had a better experience with a shop. Highly recommend!

The team was awesome and friendly. I was amazed by the professionalism, courtesy, and friendliness of the staff. Sierra and Pastor Mike made me feel at home. And having Godly discussions with pastor Mike was the topping on the cake. Technicians did an amazing job doing a transmission flush, where all the other Lexus dealerships claim that it was "lifetime fluid". No such thing as a lifetime fluid. Thanks Royalty, it was a pleasure meeting your team and I look forward to having more work accomplished there. In the words of Arnold..."I will be back!"

This is the most comprehensive automobile inspection Ive had in years. The communication throughout the process was excellent. Ill be returning soon for the timing chain replacement when its due. They provided many photos of the inspection and findings. This is now my go-to place for all of our vehicles

I recently my wife's Buick Lacrosse in for a no crank, no start conditions. The issue wasn't an easy one to diagnose but they determined the issue was the fuse box under the hood. They also discovered the battery was bad and needed replacing. I asked them to check the warranty on the battery with a local parts store. They called back and the battery had 5 days left on the warranty and it was replaced under the manufacturers warrantee. Once the fuse box was replaced they then had to replace the battery. They did great great work and the car is back on the road.
