Once again, Royalty Auto came through! My son was home for a short visit from college and needed to get his car serviced. Since we no longer live near the dealership where we purchased his car, we needed a new service home. They were able to get his car in on their busy schedule to keep him rolling and safe for his travels back to Atlanta. They texted recommended service with the breakdown of fees for me to approve before completing any work. I love that they have that option- I can easily accept service via text without trying to find time to make a phone call at work. They are, hands down, the BEST place for service in Camden County!

Always so nice when you call to make appt. Helpful with questions, and then outside team is always on top of their game. Its nice to have a trustworthy place to take your car to. KEEP IT UP!

These guys do great work. Although in the process of changing a seal we found out that the transfer case has a crack and is no good. Even at this worst case scenario Mr. Sherwood ll made the best out of my situation. Couldn't had asked for better customer service. Changed my opinion about auto shios. Easy to see why the business seems to be thriving. Customer service was exceptional. Everything was explained prior to work beginning in a educated professional manner. The technicians did a thorough once-over of the vehicle before getting in. Once in service bay, the vehicle received a head to toe check up. (Not straight to the job at hand like most shops). Vehicle was serviced and notes were taken and then explained upon service completion. Thanks and I will definitely return.

I have previously taken this car to my Toyota dealer and Tifton, Georgia for the problem which I brought it here. They basically told me it was front brakes and I needed to replace them at 5 mm. I wasnt thinking straight obviously. Anyway I now have new front brakes. They did not fix the problem that I took it in there to begin with. After watching numerous videos on YouTube, I made an appointment and brought my car, 100 miles, to St. Marys. A Service tech Road with me and was able to hear the noise that I was concerned about. They were able to diagnose the causes of this problem. I go back next week to actually have it fixed, but at this point, I am completely pleased.
