I brought my car, 2017 Nissan Pathfinder, in due to surging and two idiot lights intermittantly illuminating. In the process of troubleshooting it was discovered a software update had never been done. Rather than replace all the parts the lights and computer indicated needed replacement, the software update was performed first. YES, it fixed the problems 100%. I have since driven for over 3,000 miles and it drives like a champ! What a relief!!! When I picked up my car, not only was the customary car wash and vacuum completed, and of course the long stem red rose on my dash. I also had little Royalty Auto plush teddy bears in my two toddler car seats. WOW! So very observant and kind on many, many levels. I appreciate Royalty Auto's staff and mechanics. Thank you for exhibiting the level of trust and kindness we all need.
