Let me start by saying how awesome our service writer, Marly, was throughout this entire experience. She was kind, considerate, informative, and extremely knowledgeable. She made my wife and me feel completely confident about what our vehicles needed to stay safe and reliable. Our technician was also absolutely on point. The inspection was thorough, and detailed photos of every concern were sent to me by text so I could review and approve the work myself. That level of transparency was incredibly appreciated. Both of our vehicles were repaired in a timely manner, and Marly even worked with the fact that we were traveling from Winter Garden, Florida. We were able to drop our vehicles off on Sunday using the drop box and pick them up Saturday through a coded lock box for the keys. Honestly, there isnt much these folks havent thought of. We found Royalty Auto Service through YouTube after having horrible experiences with a couple of other shops. My family and I love their videos, but after this experience, were even more impressed with the professionalism and care they provide. Without a doubt, theyll be handling our automotive needs from now on. Just knowing our vehicles are going to be taken care of properly is a huge stress relief for me. We truly cant thank you enough! From tow service to repair Royalty Auto Service did just that. They treated me like Royalty. I was provided an extensive quote for repairs needed or services recommended (not knowing my Jeep's maintenance history). I was able to select what repairs and services I wanted. Upon my selection Jonathan provided me pricing with a completion date. The repairs were made and I picked up my Jeep on the day specified. Jonathan and crew did an amazing job. I will definitely use their services in the future. The Royalty Duck and rose I found in my Jeep when I picked it up definitely made me feel like a valued customer. Thanks Royalty Auto Service. You're amazing!!

You will not regret using Royalty Auto to service your vehicle. They seem to do everything right. They use the latest technology in all phases of the experience....and are very communicative with you by phone, text, or email. Customers have a clear view of the shop from the waiting area, and the shop is spotless! They also estimate with the worst case, and in my experience, they come in under the estimated cost every time. It's a great ending to an understandably unsettling thing to deal with. Their inspections are comprehensive, and they inspect the whole vehicle every time you come in. I highly recommend them for all of your vehicle needs!

Left the car overnight for an oil change, and 100,000 mile inspection. They sent me a copy of that inspection without any pressure to schedule anything. What I liked is how they clean the inside of my car
