Excellent service. Very thorough and i felt confident in their recommendations. Tammy, one of their customer service reps picked me up to fetch my truck, which was very convenient and we had a good conversation while in route )thanks Tammy!). Sierra was my contact person and she kept me apprised of the progress. Ive followed the business online for quite some time, so was happy to find out they were fairly close to where i live! Thanks Royalty!!

I am beyond satisfied with the experience I had with Royalty Auto Service. They thoroughly inspected my vehicle and made detailed notes and took pictures of the trouble areas all of which is included in a report in a pdf file. I found them to be honest and the repairs were done correctly. I drove 3 hours to the shop and stayed overnight to have your shop tell me what was wrong w/ my car and have the repairs done!

The labor rates are upper tier, on the plus side they have the correct equipment to perform the work correctly. My first visit here, have had them perform repairs several years ago. My suggestion is increase the parking. The staff was very professional and they go the extra steps to make the customer happy. I will be going back.

My experience has been 5 star from the moment the phone was answered by Jim, the communication throughout the process, the information I was patiently given, the work that was performed on my 2021 Acura RDX, to pickup! Jim explained everything to me thoroughly and sent me videos to explain the work. I have a little over 100,000 miles on my RDX and so they did all the fluid flushes and maintenance necessary to maintain the performance. They recommended I do a walnut blasting of my intake valves and at first I was hesitant until I watched the video and researched it and realized it was important for the performance of my vehicle and decided to do it. WOW! What a difference it made, I could tell the minute I accelerated and drove home. I have always had exceptional customer service and work done at Royalty and highly recommend them. My vehicles will never go anywhere else! Worth every dollar to know my vehicles are running at their peak performance and maintained by a thorough, conscientious and professional auto shop.

Guys been watching your repair videos for some time now really like the way all the techs you have work with the knowledge they have great looking shops the way your people go about testing the customer complaint's first and then check out the rest of the vehicle that is textbook work if people could only see your videos i think you have to build a 5 block building just to handle the work load. would also say your warranty tells me how much you care about what you put out the door.

Royalty Auto came very highly recommended by two engineers that I used to work with. I trust them and appreciate that they always try to work with me and my schedule. I also love picking up a clean vehicle and the rose is always a lovely touch :-)
