I have trusted Royalty Auto Service with both of our German cars for several years. They have always been professional, courteous and prompt. Their service and attention to detail is fantastic and their prices are more than fair. It's nice to find a competent, honest repair shop and Royalty Auto certainly fits the bill!

Prompt professional service. They do a complete examination of the vehicle documenting all potential issues whether it's something that may require immediate attention or something that should be addressed down the road. They are also able to provide transportation back and forth, something that not everyone has. This saves a lot of ones personal time or having to make arrangements oneself. They have been servicing my 2 vehicles for several years and never have had any issues with the quality of their work.

From start to finish this team leaves nothing untouched. They strive to meet the expectations of the customer and the needs of the automobiles. I highly recommend!

Definitely worth the drive Jacksonville. Yes I said that. Needed an alignment done. Received a courtesy inspection and car wash. Inspection revealed some thing that needs to be done but no pressure to get it done right then and there. Ill be back to for them to do it. Received pictures on their findings and explained what was shown to the wife. Since she doesn't know much about car parts and what their for. Shout out to Shey and Jim treating us like we were loyalty. Our son that is 7 never got board waiting. Don't want to wait there will they have a courtesy driver if you want to go somewhere instead of waiting. Ken and Gerri that was a new client, now a lifetime one

Very professional and courteous

Brought my wifes 2025 Kia in for its first oil change. ( so if there is ever a warranty issue I have proper documentation that it has been done from a REPUTABLE mechanic .) These guys are nothing but professional. Appointment times, emailing invoice/receipts, and courtesy! 25 years of working on diesel trucks I can tell within 1 minute of how a shop will perform. Their shop is clean, organized and could eat off the floor. That is a sign of a well managed shop!
