The young lady at the desk was so nice and helpful to me when I had a dead battery. I was blessed that there was one in stock, but she had the people in the back deal with it right away. There is nothing worse than having a car that will not start right at the gas station in front of the pumps. I am thankful that it just took a phone call, and her telling me to come right in and they would take care of me and my battery problem.

Can't say enough good things about Royalty Auto. I have lived in Saint Marys for almost 10 years, but also serve as a member of the Armed Forces. I have been stationed all over, and hands down, Royalty is the best service provider I have ever experienced. No other auto care and repair company has been as attentive and consistent. Their team is willing to also find dynamic solutions, when they can of course, to fit your budget. Thank you for taking care of me and my vehicles for all these years!

Exceptional service and care by everyone I encountered. Marly was my main point of contact and she kept me informed at each step. Professional and outstanding! They did what needed to be done to do the job right, not just to get me by. My car was ready a few days earlier than expected, and was washed and interior vacuumed and detailed. These guys took me in on Christmas Eve and were kind enough to replace all four tires and even let me purchase a spare full tire. I could not be more grateful for Royalty Auto Service- especially since my last three mechanics really did me dirty and sold me things I didnt need.
