Fantastic service from start to finish. I dropped the vehicle off for repair and an oil change. Royalty then gave me a ride home. They updated me in a timely manner, repaired the vehicle and even delivered it to my residence. To finish it off, they handed me a rose and thanked me. I inspected my car, it had been washed and cleaned, inside and out. Wow! Now, to mention their detailed service report, with pictures. Amazing to read the technician's findings and even noting potential areas to keep an eye on, all backed up with pictures. There are not too many service shops that are that transparent as Royalty. They definitely have my business going forward.

Couldn't be happier. They are always responsive, accommodating, attentive and pleasant. Service advisors are extremely knowledgable and explain everything in a language we understand. We have a level of confidence with auto service that we have never experienced before. Keep up the great work!

Very quick responses and always willing to answer any questions I had! The inspection was very thorough and revealed problems I didnt even know about, AND they pre-ordered the part so the repair could be done same day. Youll get the best treatment in the area!

If I could give them a higher rating, I would. OMG! Traveled from Orlando because I viewed their TikTok videos. I own a 2009 Acura MDX with approx 88,000 and the battery kept dying. Replaced it twice. The Sherwood men found the battery draw within an hour, whereas the previous two mechanics had my car for a total of 10 days. One couldn't find it, and the other identified the part, but it was the wrong part. They took the time to literally show me video and have me see exactly where in the car the draw was, and how the draw disappeared when the bad part was disconnected. They find multiple other issues that needed attention that no other megabucks mentioned, I.e. my back brakes were metal on metal and extremely dangerous to be driving on. When I drove my car home, it felt like the day I drove it off the showroom floor! These people are the best....from their friendly front office staff (they drove me to a restaurant so I could have lunch and offered to pick me back up) to the shear professional approach. Their waiting room/rest rooms were spotless, and they offer a full selection of free snacks, soft drinks, and even fresh popped corn. I will only bring my vehicle here for servicing from now on. The 2 hr drive more than pays for itself. Thank you to the Sherwood men and their staff!

I would like to thank Royality Auto for always taking such good care of my vehicle ensuring I can travel to take care of my 86 year old Mother. They keep my car in top running order and address any issues promptly. Everyone is so friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Also, when I picked up my vehicle it was so clean and smelled wonderful. They even left me a rose, how sweet was that!! They really do treat you like Royality!! ️
