Took my 2006 Cadillac for the first time here and I've never been so pleased with so much honesty and expertise. Did a general check up and they checked everything in detail and explained step by step everything that required priority and where extremely helpful. They also leave your car clean before returning it. They work for their reputation and these five stars are well earned. Taking my car their again.

The folks at Royalty Auto were very helpful with diagnosing a strange humming noise on Cristy's car. It turned out to be the tires so a set of my choice was ordered. Due to a delivery glitch from the provider, it took an extra day to get them. This was not a problem for us because we have another vehicle but Sherwood was still very apologetic. When we picked up the car, it had been cleaned and there was a rose on the dashboard for Cristy! From what I've heard, yrs, some of their service prices might be slightly higher than others but that is because they only use oem quality replacement parts. If you want your vehicle serviced right, I highly recommend Royalty. On a side note, their service desk and eating area is the nicest I have ever seen in a privately owned repair shop. Complete with complimentary drinks and snacks. Very impressive!

Thanks Royalty for doing a great job fixing the ac in our '97 Suburban. We appreciate your efforts to find the most economical solution for the repair. We are sure this would not have been the case if we had taken somewhere else. Your knowledge and experience keep us bringing back our vehicles!

Royalty is was amazing. The first shop I went to wanted to replace the entire AC assembly. Royalty was able to find the problem, fix it, and verify that it was complete at more than half the cost. Royalty is thorough and they are honest.
