St Marys and Kingsland Auto Repair

I was treated like “R0YALTY” at Royalty Auto Service. They fixed my car for about $900.00 cheaper than what a leading car dealership quoted me. My car was cleaned from top to bottom and inside out. Everyone there was great. I will take my car there from now on. I also had a rose in my car. 👍

Too bad we can't give more than five stars. Michael and the crew at Royalty St. Mary's went over and beyond to assist us on repairs on our auto this past week. We needed it quickly and there was much to be done. It was handled better than thought. All work was completed with precision and correctly. We were advised along the way and all matters were resolved easily. We surely appreciate their honesty and thoughtfulness. We highly recommend Royalty St. Mary's and they continue to have a satisfied customer. Thank you Royalty for everything.

Overall great service, especially at the front desk. Diligent in running my issues to ground. Ordered the parts needed and kept me up to date on the status of getting those parts in. Once the parts arrived, they called me and I dropped my car off that evening. Got a call the next day that my car was finished and picked it up. Again, front desk staff was friendly. They had also washed and vacuumed my car while they had it, which I did not expect but was appreciative.
