It is hard to find a shop that has the exceptional skill set to truly diagnose a problem and fix it right the first time, but Royalty Auto Service nailed it. They handled a major overhaul on my Ford Escape (timing chain, suspension, the works), and the car runs like new. Beyond the technical expertise, the experience was just outstanding. The shop is clean and welcoming, and talking to Mrs. Marly was like talking to family. She was super sweet and made sure I was taken care of. They even went above and beyond by offering to drive my car to me (60 miles away!) just because one of the staff members was going to be in the area the next day. You simply cannot find that type of customer service just anywhere. Royality is well-priced for their high skill level and capabilities. In my opinion, they are hands down the most trustworthy shop in the North Florida or South Georgia area. The money spent is worth every penny and the warranty exceeds any I have been offered from other repair shops. If you want expert work done by folks who treat you like family, this is the place.

I am so very grateful you were able to finally find the part needed to fix my old 2003 Pondiac Vibe driver side seatbelt! So glad you did not give up! Service is outstanding Jim and crew doing an excellent job

I drove 4 hours to get my truck serviced and I'll be returning soon to get my daughter's car service. Outstanding customer service. They took the time to explain the work performed and kept me informed throughout the service/repair process of my truck. Marly one of the Service Advisors check on me occasionally to let me know that they will drop me off at a restaurant if I need it to get something to eat. I definitely recommend this shop.

I went to Royalty for an oil change that was way overdue and had an amazing experience! The shuttle took me to work & picked me up at the end of the day, the girls in the front office were SO nice and I cannot believe how good my car looked when I got it back. Plus a rose waiting when you get back in your car. Will definitely be coming here from now on.
