It is hard to find a shop that has the exceptional skill set to truly diagnose a problem and fix it right the first time, but Royalty Auto Service nailed it. They handled a major overhaul on my Ford Escape (timing chain, suspension, the works), and the car runs like new. Beyond the technical expertise, the experience was just outstanding. The shop is clean and welcoming, and talking to Mrs. Marly was like talking to family. She was super sweet and made sure I was taken care of. They even went above and beyond by offering to drive my car to me (60 miles away!) just because one of the staff members was going to be in the area the next day. You simply cannot find that type of customer service just anywhere. Royality is well-priced for their high skill level and capabilities. In my opinion, they are hands down the most trustworthy shop in the North Florida or South Georgia area.
