Been with Royalty since 2010. This company is second to none when it comes to trust. I’ve had instances where Sherwood turned down work I thought I needed and he told me I could wait. Saved me money at the time and built trust in the company. I will definitely keep coming back. Well worth it!!

By far the best customer service in town when it comes to auto repairs. The staff is not only knowledgeable, but very friendly. So thankful for the amazing service that Royalty Auto provided me. They let me know exactly what they were going to do and how much it would cost, so I knew upfront what I was looking at. The ladies in the front we're absolutely amazing, and my car is running the way it was meant to! Thank you to the royalty family!

Yesterday we took our van to Royalty Auto in St Mary's, GA. I called first to see how much it would cost to check our brake system so I knew exactly what was wrong and how much money we actually needed instead of our speculation. One of the owners, Sherwood III Cooke answered. This man was a stranger to us. I explained our story and what we needed. He graciously told us he wouldn't charge us anything to look at what is needed and we'd be able to figure out costs of the work and go from there. So we brought the the van in. Before we left my van has a working brake system again, 4 brand new tires, an oil and lube change, and plenty more... they even cleaned it inside and out. He handed us our invoice and I was ready to explain how broke we are and how lost we are.. the amount due was $0.00. There was a note written at the top reassuring us. That things will be better soon for our family. I couldn't hold it together anymore. I broke down and couldn't stop crying. These people took amazing care of my family and they didn't have to. I wish I could even express how grateful I am of what they did for us. I'm crying now trying to tell you all.. I will recommend them for everything. Anyone near this area or Jacksonville, they are worth the drive. Just amazing people, doing quality work. Both automotive and socially. They deserve the best praise from this and I hope one day to be able to appropriately show our appreciation. This is the most relief we've felt since the storm

If I had a thousand tongues I can’t thank this place (Royalty) enough!!! Excellent service from the phone conversation and service. They treat you with love like family and take car of your vehicle like it their own. It supposed to be appointments only but they took it consideration that I’m a out towner, I came from Carrollton, Ga to Columbus Ga then to St.Mary Ga on a seriously family matter and my GMC Yukon need a oil change real bad. They service my SUV, offer me a ride home, sodas/water- popcorns-candy, and the waiting room was set up like a living room at your house. Top it off at the end of the service, like a dessert, wash & clean the inside of my SUV, they park your car the right way to exit out their parking lot, leaving your car on and inside on the dashboard with a breath taking rose 🌹. That was so amazing I had to get out my SUV and went back in to give that lady worker a big hug with a smile & I was kinda tearful too lol but she didn’t see it tho lol 😂. Instead of 5 stars ratings, I GIVE ROYALTY AUTO SERVICE A 10 STARS!!!!!!

I love the folks at royalty auto for several reasons. Not only are they kind and prompt on their service, they are also honest and upfront on what was wrong with my vehicle . I just recently moved out of state and I wish that they were coming with me because I can consistentl rely on them for outstanding service!

I was a traveler on I95 heading home to Florida from New Jersey. My 2007 Ford Edge broke down at exit 26 in GA about 11pm. I had AAA flatbed my car to a motel at exit 3. The next morning I called the local Ford dealer but their service department couldn't/wouldn't take my car right away. I asked if they would recommend a reputable local repair shop and they gave me Royalty's number. I called and was told that they could indeed take my car. I had AAA tow the car to the shop. Royalty sent a car to pick up my family and me (including the dog) at the motel and take us to the shop. I can't say enough about how well we were treated by the staff. It turned out the water pump failed. They explained and showed me what would be entailed to fix it and that it would take several days. I agreed. They found a car rental for us in Jacksonville so we could drive home and drove us down (at least 45 miles) to pick it up. When the car was ready we drove back up (about 4 hours) and again they picked us up at the rental agency to take us back to the shop to get our car. We drove home with no problems. If we lived in SE GA this is where I would have my car serviced. I highly recommend Royalty to anyone living in SE GA.
