Royalty acquired the used part (which is no longer available from OEM) when no other repair shop would-that includes Brunos in Jacksonville and two local repair shops in FB/Yulee. Royalty warranted their work and their total charge was very reasonable. I am sending my neighbor over today repairs. IMO Royalty is worth the drive from FB. Also, the customer service guys in the front office are entertaining and easy to understand when they talk about the repairs needed.

First visit. Found from social media. Recently relocated, so finding a new shop has been a challenge. Went to my last shop for 19 years. Overall impressed with little touches. Very thorough inspection report complete with pictures. Certainly not the cheapest shop, but overall value for money spent is 5 out of 5. Did not feel pressured for additional services beyond scheduled oil service. Areas to observe were pointed out. Point of note, my vehicle at time of service had 135,000 miles and this was the fist time Royalty has seen vehicle, so they have no way of knowing when service(s) have beem competed. A bit of a drive from Jacksonville, but worth it and will return.

Excellent customer service. Several items I had approved to be repaired ended up not being needed resulting in final bill being 1500 less then quoted. They are first rate and do t do repairs that arent needed. Highly recommended.
