I'm from out of town and had decided while on my trip to use Royalty to have my truck get a lot of the scheduled maintenance done, some of it was due now, some of it coming up in a few thousand miles. Transmission Flush, Coolant Flush, Belts, Hoses, Spark plugs, and more, it was a lot of work. Was very please with the results, Sierra was great from the 1st time we talked to when I picked the truck up. As a service writer she was exactly what I expect when I bring a vehicle in for service at any shop, knowledgeable, professional, polite, she answered all my questions, if she didn't know she went and found the answer. All the work was done and truck was ready when they promised. I make the trip to Florida a few times a year and plan on using Royalty again. Sherwood Sierra deserves a raise she is that good. Only one regret, I didn't get to meet Mr Internet Sensation :-). If you need your vehicle serviced bring it to Royalty, you'll be glad you did.
