Excellent service. Technician was very thorough with diagnostics and provided plenty of pictures with recommendations. The part I needed arrived fast and I was able to drop my car off and get a ride. Royalty delivered my car to me when it was done a few hours later and my car was nice and clean. Staff was very friendly and professional. Highly recommend!

I've been looking at your videos for some time now And was quite impressed with y'all's attention to detail and how you treat your customers. When I had a chance to visit your facility I was not disappointed from the young ladies at the front desk all the way to your service technicians in the back did an outstanding job of taking care of my vehicle documenting everything that The technicians were doing I would not hesitate to bring my vehicle back again for service. Evident by the shear number of vehicles at both of your locations you are quite trusted in your area for taking care of your customers. I drove an hour and fifteen minutes because of what I had seen on their online videos. The shop was clean, the waiting room had reclining couches, a childrens play room, tv, and WiFi. The bathrooms were pristine. You can tell they care about their customers experience. I had new rotors and brake pads installed and a brake flush done. The parts were top quality. The staff was super friendly and it was good to find the people in the videos were just like that in person. Their pricing is very reasonable for the quality of parts and work done. I will definitely use there services for my auto care needs. What a great way to run a business!
