I live in Jacksonville, FL which is about an hour away from Royalty Auto Service in Kingsland, GA. I became aware of Royalty through the businesses YouTube presence. I like the way they objectively diagnose vehicle problems before attempting the necessary repairs. That thorough process really appealed to me. Out of curiosity, I googled Royalty Auto Service to see where they are physically located. To my surprise, I found them a reasonable drive from my house. They were able to schedule me in within a few days, so I thought I would give them a try. I am very pleased to say that they exceeded my expectation for a repair facility. The shop and waiting area are clean and orderly. I had an ABS fault code on my vehicle which needed to be repaired. They diagnosed the problem with my ABS system and provided a detailed estimate on what service would be needed and how much the repair would cost including parts and labor. Additionally, they conducted a multi-point inspection which revealed a few other minor maintenance items which needed to be addressed. I found the staff at Royalty were honest, informed and not pushy at all. I wish more dealerships conducted their business in such a manner. Fortunately, I am close enough to be able to have them take care of my maintenance/repair needs. I would not hesitate to recommend Royalty to anyone needing car service.
