Saw these guys on line in there videos. Very informative and professional. So decided to give them a try since I have an up coming pleasure trip. I live in Jacksonville Fl, so it's a relatively short drive to St Marys Ga Great Place! Work was done in the time estimated and at the estimated cost. No surprises or up selling. Truck ran like new when I drove it home. I highly recommend them, and will be using them again in the future. Highly recommended.

Great service and communication. I was impressed with the text message containing the result off the vehicle inspection including pictures of conditions of fluid test strips and pictures of parts recommended for replacement. Being able to talk with the person that did the work upon pick up was an unusual and welcomed experience. Your service advisors are topnotch. My wife was very appreciative of the Rose in the vehicle and the clean car for the trip back to Naples, FL.

Recently moved to the area and tried Royalty Auto Service for the first time. Took my 2015 vehicle in for some scheduled service and asked them to give it a good inspection to help me make a decision to keep it or trade it. Im 70 years old and have dealt with dozens of dealerships and independent shops over my lifetime and have never seen such a detailed report as I received from Royalty. They supplied photos of every component they checked (which was basically everything visible) with red circles around anything having problems that needed to be addressed. Also a scan report that scanned every electrical system of the vehicle. Then their customer service rep went over any issues that I had questions about. After it was all said and done, Ive decided to keep the vehicle so Royalty will be doing all its future service.
