Since finding Royalty on YouTube, they have become my preference to service my 2014 Ram 1500. Traveling 3.5 hours from Tampa has been worth it for me. Yes it may cost me a little more because of travel time but being retired puts my mind at ease knowing all will be done right. When you put your trust in them they will do the right thing.

What can I say but "Wow"! I had replaced the TPMS sensors on my 2010 Toyota Camry but did not have the special tool required to "relearn" them to the car. Other shops did not have the capability but Royalty Auto did. But that's not the good part. I stopped in on a Monday morning and they said they could do it same day. I mentioned that I'd need to call the wife to pick me up while I left the car with them and they insisted that Royalty would shuttle me home. That evening when Royalty called to let me know the car was ready they offered to bring it to me! That was so convenient because I was currently covered in sweat and sawdust from a home project. A few minutes later the car showed up and a nice young lady took my payment with her portable car reader. What a time saver! Now that's what I call customer service! I highly recommend Royalty Auto Service and will seek their service first next time I require expert car care.

The staff are friendly and helpful! I used Royalty Auto to service my previous vehicle, which was totaled in an accident. About 2 months after I bought its replacement vehicle, a pebble hit my windshield and scared me. So I called Royalty, and they directed me which local vendor to call and gave me the phone number and etc. So when I had the new car serviced, Royalty was where I took it! Thank you!
