I am so very grateful you were able to finally find the part needed to fix my old 2003 Pondiac Vibe driver side seatbelt! So glad you did not give up! The other electronic/electrical (?) issues were also fixed and the total cost was less than I had anticipated! As a senior with an old vehicle I appreciate the fact that I can trust your recommendations and that you always go out of your way to do quality work. I appreciate your honesty and your professional and knowledgeable front desk personnel: Marlee has been my go-to person whenever I have had a question since my first visit to your business when you opened in Kingsland. I drove 4 hours to get my truck serviced and I'll be returning soon to get my daughter's car service. Outstanding customer service. They took the time to explain the work performed and kept me informed throughout the service/repair process of my truck. Marly one of the Service Advisors check on me occasionally to let me know that they will drop me off at a restaurant if I need it to get something to eat. I definitely recommend this shop.

I went to Royalty for an oil change that was way overdue and had an amazing experience! The shuttle took me to work & picked me up at the end of the day, the girls in the front office were SO nice and I cannot believe how good my car looked when I got it back. Plus a rose waiting when you get back in your car. Will definitely be coming here from now on.
