Great people, great service from start to finish. While we dont live in the area, we do visit near by often for both work and vacation. I started watching Royalty's YouTube channel around a year ago. Ends up our car was do for basically every fluid change as we neared 60,000 miles. I called and setup an appointment for when we were in the area. Everything went great. They got the car in and out in less time than estimated with a slightly lower cost. Sierra was my service advisor. She answered all my questions and chatted with me several times while I was waiting for the work. She even took care of my call later when I was confused about something on the invoice. She was fantastic. The wait area is amazing, especially for an automotive shop. I met both the owner and his son. Both are very good people. All in all we will certainly be back when in the area. Highly recommended.

After watch countless YouTube videos with Sherwood I made an appointment to have my service work done with royal Auto Service in Kingsland, Ga. I drove up from St Petersburg, Fl. It was a 5 hour drive because I didn't feel confident getting this service work done in my area. I was very impressed with both of the service writers and how professional, nice and knowledgeable they both were about the service I needed and how much it would cost. I felt like my family was taking care of my vehicle and the whole process from start to finish was more than I expected. I was like watching the videos but live. I briefly spoke with the tech who was very nice and I also got to talk to Sherwood and Thanked him for putting out the YouTube videos because that's why I chose Royal Auto Service to service my 2019 Ford Transit HD 350 van. I had them do the transmission flush, brake system flush, coolant flush and change the oil in the differential. I would highly recommend Royal Auto Service for any service needs for your vehicle. I was worth the 5 hour drive and gave me peace of mind with my van. Thanks to all at Royal Auto Service!
