FANTASTIC service. I called a week prior, and they told me that Thursday would be a good day to bring it in. So on Wednesday night I drove over and left the car for the Thursday service. First thing Thursday morning, the receptionist called me and said that my name hadn't been put on the schedule, but they would do their best so I should expect them to take it in towards the late afternoon/evening. A few hours later, around lunchtime, they called and said it was ready for pickup. When I got it (around 3:00), they said that the technician had a big job for the day that he finished earlier than expected and just switched himself over to my car. This was much closer to what I had originally planned on doing, and I was grateful that my mistake was not a huge inconvenience for anyone. Thank you.
