Absolutely the best customer service I have had at any company in the last 15 years. Royalty is the standard that every company should strive to provide the same customer service and quality of service to their customers!! I drove an hour and a half and will be doing so from now on for all of my car needs!!!!

TOP NOTCHED across the board!!! After getting a repair estimate for an EVAP replacement for my wifes 2022 KIA Sorrento (dealership); I emailed Sherwood, Introduced myself and asked if they could take of this because Im in Jacksonville. Sherwood promptly replied that they could take care of it but not sure how much Ill be savings etc. I provided him the VIN and Sherwood provided an exact estimate. After reviewing both estimates, the dealership did not include evac & recharge cost. I called KIA to get an exact estimate & they could not provide one. They were able to provide the additional costs of the evac & recharge. I was shocked and immediately approved Royaltys estimate. Everything was full disclosure & itemized on their estimate. The following day, Marley called to schedule me. She is so friendly and is just ray of light. For this repair, they asked for two days. Dropped my car off Wednesday morning. By early afternoon, Marley called and told me the heater core was found leaking (photos provided) and recommended to replace it. I authorized the heater core repair (no additional labor cost) Marley assured me the part would be there first thing Thursday morning. Thursday afternoon (4pm) Marley called to let me know the AC was blowing cold however, the blend door was not operating, and will require the dash to come back out again to troubleshoot. She assured me the car will be ready Monday. Their shop is closed Friday-Sunday. We were perfectly fine leaving the car until Monday. Marley called me Friday at lunch with some exciting news that our car was ready for pickup. The tech stayed late Thursday & came in Friday to finish everything. This is the best auto service experience I have ever had and I have had a lot of service done on a dozen cars and trucks over the years. The mechanics are qualified and assume you are not dumb. They will not do unnecessary repairs. My car didn't need anything. After checking it out and running diagnostic testing, they could not find the problem I thought I had. The problem may have been with a setting the car was put in when shipped to me. I did pay for the testing, but they did a lot for that little money. Plus, gave me back peace of mind. They also provide curtesy rides to help with dropping off and picking up the car. Just as all around great experience. Thank you, Royalty Auto Service.
