We developed alternator issue heading south on I95, we continue south for along as the alternator and battery hung in. Eventually we would need a tow. My son followed Royalty Auto Service on TikTok. We called and Jim immediately said he would help us. Despite the shop being obviously busy, our vehicle was looked at that day. The parts were ordered right away before my approval of work, which was key to getting back on the road. The overall service and how the staff treated us was exceptional, while our trip was interrupted, which is never fun. Royaltys staff made our stay in Saint Marys Georgia very enjoyable and we plan to come back as planned vacation. Thanks again Shay and Jim

No more groaning noise when steering. Big improvement with the new wiper frames. The key and plastic gadget were held together by a clip in the specified location. Prompt professional service. They do a complete examination of the vehicle documenting all potential issues whether it's something that may require immediate attention or something that should be addressed down the road. They are also able to provide transportation back and forth, something that not everyone has. This saves a lot of ones personal time or having to make arrangements oneself. They have been servicing my 2 vehicles for several years and never have had any issues with the quality of their work.

From start to finish this team leaves nothing untouched. They strive to meet the expectations of the customer and the needs of the automobiles. I highly recommend!

Definitely worth the drive Jacksonville. Yes I said that. Needed an alignment done. Received a courtesy inspection and car wash. Inspection revealed some thing that needs to be done but no pressure to get it done right then and there. Ill be back to for them to do it. Received pictures on their findings and explained what was shown to the wife. Since she doesn't know much about car parts and what their for. Shout out to Shey and Jim treating us like we were loyalty. Our son that is 7 never got board waiting. Don't want to wait there will they have a courtesy driver if you want to go somewhere instead of waiting. Ken and Gerri that was a new client, now a lifetime one
