Royalty has the best customer service in the business! They do not "push" products or unnecessary services on you in an effort to generate profits. They are also the best at keeping the customer informed about what is going on with your vehicle, unlike most places in this industry. The use of their service app showing the different inspection points is impressive and gives the customer better insight than reading a piece of paper.

We only had an oil change, tire rotation, and cabin filter replaced and as usual it was done very professional. I owned a car detailing business and was very impressed with attention to detail extended to our car. It looked as if I had personally done it myself. Not only that, I was a little jealous of someone else giving my wife a rose. They do a great job and you can be confident your car is getting the best care. They are like a doctor for your, if it gets sick, take it to Royal. Both you and your car will receive Royal treatment.

As allways Royality checks every thing completely. then calls youi and gives you a complete list of what is needed. They then go over it with you. They then give you a choice of what optios and cost you have and are available to you. All work is first class every time.
