I made a huge mistake with my Sierra Denali 1500 diesel by putting DEF into the fuel. Royalty auto was my first thought that came to mind when I realized what I had done. They towed my vehicle they systematically troubleshot and repaired my vehicle! I cannot say enough about these people and their business! This is the way things are supposed to be! Good morning, I requested an oil service on my 2025 Chevrolet Suburban at your facility due to in part of the work that you did previously on my 2017 Nissan Pathfinder which was AMAZING I might add! The thoroughness is so appreciated and attention to detail is why I chose to wait to have my oil service done at your facility rather than in New York. Oh and I might add that I also had an oil service completed on my 2017 Nissan Pathfinder as well yesterday for all of the same reasons. Thanks for all that you do and provide for the community. It is hard to find a shop that has the exceptional skill set to truly diagnose a problem and fix it right the first time, but Royalty Auto Service nailed it. They handled a major overhaul on my Ford Escape (timing chain, suspension, the works), and the car runs like new. Beyond the technical expertise, the experience was just outstanding. The shop is clean and welcoming, and talking to Mrs. Marly was like talking to family. She was super sweet and made sure I was taken care of. They even went above and beyond by offering to drive my car to me (60 miles away!) just because one of the staff members was going to be in the area the next day. You simply cannot find that type of customer service just anywhere. Royality is well-priced for their high skill level and capabilities. In my opinion, they are hands down the most trustworthy shop in the North Florida or South Georgia area. The money spent is worth every penny and the warranty exceeds any I have been offered from other repair shops. If you want expert work done by folks who treat you like family, this is the place.
