Exceptional. We had our Mercedes serviced prior to overseas shipping. Sherwood and his team conducted a thorough evaluation and provided expert recommendations. The entire team goes above and beyond in helping to ensure that your needs are met, from shuttle transportation, vehicle delivery, comprehensive notes, personalized explanations, and yes, fresh buttered popcorn.

Once again Royalty and their staff went above and beyond to find out the issue of our daughter's accessible van! They spent countless hours on it and didn't give up until the issue was found, and fixed and we had the van back! Mind you, we had taken it to "Mobility van specialists" and they couldn't find the problem. Without this van our daughter is unable to safely travel. We can't thank them or recommend them enough!
