Never a bad experience. I have been going to Royalty for about 5 years for regular maintenance for my 2008 Lexus. They are very professional with great record keeping and suggestions . It's great to still have that personalized touch. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else!

Excellent personnel, have always taken great care of our vehicle. They identify issues with our SUV and correct them. Royalty also takes the time to give the vehicle a thorough inspection in order to give us prioritized information concerning future issues that will eventually have to be addressed. As always Royalty Auto exceeded our expectations! They were so accommodating and helpful. With the chaos going on I’m trying to keep my little girl away from others and they were great about picking up our car and returning it in a timely manner. I was able to communicate and pay all through the phone and never once had to leave the house or come into contact with anyone. As always we will happily be returning for any future issues with our vehicles. :) Also my husband is super happy to have a clean car! :D

I absolutely reccomend this shop and machanics to everyone!!! Its very hard to find machanics that you trust but I found trust within this great group of people from the staff to the machanics!!! Mr Sherwood is kind and he absolutely understands everyone needs and struggles.
