As usual the staff at Royalty was upbeat, efficient, and delightful. The work was done as promised, and, surprise, surprise, cost less than the initial estimate. I don't doubt my 22 year old truck has at least another ten good years thanks to Royalty.

I love Royalty Auto. This is the only shop we go to ever since we found out about them last year. I've been to a lot of auto shops where they perform work on my car, something goes wrong/doesn't actually get fixed, I take it back to them, and they tell me they've done everything they could but they're unable to fix it. But with Royalty, I know that they can fix whatever it is my car needs. They listen to what you have to say and they are very reassuring.
