This company has worked twice in a car I owned. They were always wonderful people to deal with. The service technician explained everything they were doing to repair my car. Because of my health conditions they came picked up my car and brought it back. Receiving my car back they had completely washed, waxed and clean my car. It was shineing. I am so grateful for the referral I received from a fried for Royalty Auto Service. They repaired my car to perfection and were so quick about doing it. On top of being, able, quick and pleasant they have very competitive pricing for their work. Not that I hope to see them again very soon, I will defiantly be using them for repairs and service for my aging Mercedes.

I was looking for a place that was honest and straight forward on what needed to be done to my car and I found it. Sherwood broke it down for me with a detailed list of the what needed to be done now and what could wait. I have never experienced that kind of customer service before and was very pleased with what I received at Royalty. They really care about the customers pockets and them as a person, no hidden agendas. I can't forget the first person I saw when I walked through the door. The team did a fantastic job analyzing my vehicle and shared with me personally and via text their findings. The price was reasonable! The washed, vacuumed vehicle with a rose was a very nice touch. They also picked up the vehicle and dropped it back off to me at my place of work.
