I am so thankful I took a friends' advice and stopped in to Royalty Auto. I had been having the hardest time with my car and given the complete run around in several shop around town. I was so pleased to meet Sherwood and finally get some honest answers. I am so happy with my new car and I know I am good hands when it comes to sticking to a maintenance schedule and getting the most out of my vehicle. I will never go anywhere else. Travelling from Florida to Ohio. Enroute we got something in our tire....we were so lucky to find Royalty. Customer service was exceptional, wsiting area was very clean and comfortable...if you have a vehicle problem ....this is a great place to be. Reasonably priced. Amazing atmosphere, amazing staff they go above and beyond to make the customer happy. I took my vehicle in to get my oil changed which was done in a very timely manner. I got my car back nice and shiny with the inside all cleaned up. If you're thinking about taking your car in to get your oil changed, to get a major overhaul or anything in between , I would highly recommend Royalty Auto! Sherwood Cooke III, manager at Royalty Auto, is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to knowing your car's needs. And Sherwood Cooke II, mechanic and owner at Royalty is the best there is! I wouldn't take my car anywhere else.
