This was my first visit. The experience was excellent. I got a quick and accurate diagnosis, a clear explanation and estimate and timely calls and texts during the work. The repair was done professionally at a fair, though not cheap, price. The shuttle service was appreciated. The staff is friendly and competent and the waiting environment is pleasant. Snacks, drinks, popcorn, comfortable seating and a play area for kids. My car was returned spotless inside and out almost to the level of being detailed. That alone covers the cost difference between this great shop and a lesser oil change or big box experience. The experience is very similar to what you would expect at a Lexus, BMW, or Mercedes Dealer shop. I will probably use them exclusively because of this experience.

Royalty Auto is unlike any other auto company I’ve done business with. Costumer service is amazing! You are greeted by name as you walk in and escorted to your car as you leave. Machanic work is top notch! Their top priorities are costumer service and quality of the service being done. I would and have recommended their services to my friends.

I was visiting from Florida. As I arrived in St Marys, my car service light came on and my car began to overheat. In my car, that automatically shuts the vehicle off. Knowing no one, I called Royal. Sherwood called me back, came to look at my car since he was in the neighborhood, and said they could do the repair work the next day. They did and called to appraise me of my options during the day. Everyone was professional and knowledgeable.
