I was very satisfied with the work they did on my car. Extremely friendly and helpful. Addressed the issue I was concerned about. Work was done in a timely manner which was important to me. I would definitely recommend Royalty Auto Service to anyone.they treat you like ROYALTY!!!!

As someone who has performed all of my own routine maintenance for the last twenty plus years, I have been lucky I havent needed any major repair work done to my vehicles. I stumbled onto Royalty Autos YouTube channel about a year ago and became obsessed with watching. A couple of months ago my 2020 Jeep Gladiator started having major problems and after exhausting my skills, I knew I would have to take it somewhere. I had no idea where to turn for service! I asked around for recommendations but had no luck. It then dawned on me to turn to Royalty. Keep in mind I live four and a half hours away and had to trailer the jeep to their shop. I called them up and Jonathan answered and it was seamless after that first call! He was very thorough, courteous and an absolute professional to deal with. They checked the Jeep out and gave me an amazing rundown of the findings! As I feared, the engine needed to be replaced! Quite a costly repair and not something I would want done by just anyone. Within a week they had the jeep ready to go and I flew done to pick it up. Jonathan once again gave me an amazing rundown on everything that took place with the engine replacement and what I needed to do for the break in period as well. Many people thought I was crazy for going so far to a group I had never met for the work. Crazy thing I felt like I had met them through hours of.youtube videos, I have no regrets at all and would do it again in a second. Thank you to everyone involved in the work and especially thank you Jonathan for such outstanding service!

I was treated like a long time customer at both locations. Kingsland was booked up for a week in advance so they made an appointment for me at St Marys. The work was Beyond Excellent. In addition I was given the single most comprehensive safety examination on my car available, including videos pictures and stringently detailed, easy to understand information. It was the most impressive maintenance document on a car I had ever seen.I am a 60 year Motorhead myself. I am not from the area - here on business at the Naval Facility . I was still treated like I was a part of the Royalty Automotive Family. I strongly recommend anyone living within 150 miles of these shops to take the time & let them service your car / truck. They will make you part of "the family" too.

I was very impressed with their customer service and appreciative of the lift back home after I dropped the vehicle off, this was my wifes car and she thought the rose they left for her along with washing the cat was great, she said we will be going back there whenever our vehicles need service.

Excellent service. Clean shop, friendly staff, shuttled us to a breakfast diner while the car was being worked on. Fair pricing and the car was washed when given back to us. Top service!

This is a copy of the Google Review I posted after my service: First time customer (from Atlanta), long time follower of Royalty on social media (Sherwood & Sherwood:). I combined a trip to see my brother in Jacksonville with an opportunity to get some needed maintenance on my 2015 VW GTI (e.g., Walnut blasting intake valves and full service oil change). The experience exceeded my already high expectations of the type of service Id receive. Firstly, the staff, meaning everyone that I came in contact with, were service and customer oriented. This leaves an impression. The service advisor Jim was excellent. He explained everything perfectly, kept me up to date and was just a pleasure to deal with. The actual service I received on my car was excellent. Top notch. I have to say, the inspection/repair report that I received is something over and above anything Ive ever received from an auto shop or dealer. Its not only thorough, but includes pictures of almost every item inspected, including videos of the before/after intake valves of my GTI after the walnut blasting! Amazing result by the way! I feel like I have not only a detailed health report for my car, but a roadmap of all the things that need to be done to keep the car in perfect order. What more can you ask for! Great job!!

Its all about attention to detail and theyve got it here. I drove down from Savannah because I dont trust the local dealership to do the multiple services required. Royalty Auto did not disappoint. They did exactly what I asked for at a fair price. And an unexpected interior/exterior cleaning. I will definitely be returning for my next service maintenance interval.
