Excellent service. Technician was very thorough with diagnostics and provided plenty of pictures with recommendations. The part I needed arrived fast and I was able to drop my car off and get a ride. Royalty delivered my car to me when it was done a few hours later and my car was nice and clean. Staff was very friendly and professional. Highly recommend!

Let me introduce myself. Im Kevin and worked as an automotive technician for 26 years in Texas. I retired from automotive in 2014. Usually I wouldnt have any interest in watching videos about automotive repair or anything related but you guys are legit. The content is really good and accurate. Keep up the good work guys

Great mechanic know their work

Absolutely a top notch team. From Jim, the service rep to Sylvia the in house "Uber driver", everyone is all about providing good service and making sure my car was fixed properly. They did a great job on my Audi. Definitely will be using them in future - if/when necessary for all my cars.
