I have previously taken this car to my Toyota dealer and Tifton, Georgia for the problem which I brought it here. They basically told me it was front brakes and I needed to replace them at 5 mm. I wasnt thinking straight obviously. Anyway I now have new front brakes. They did not fix the problem that I took it in there to begin with. After watching numerous videos on YouTube, I made an appointment and brought my car, 100 miles, to St. Marys. A Service tech Road with me and was able to hear the noise that I was concerned about. They were able to diagnose the causes of this problem. I go back next week to actually have it fixed, but at this point, I am completely pleased.

Battery died. AAA came and started the car. I called Sierra, told her we needed the battery replaced, she checked that a battery for our car was available and told me to come in. I was in and out within 15 minutes! THANK YOU for taking care of us so quickly and professionally. Thats why we love Royalty and all their staff!!

FANTASTIC service. I called a week prior, and they told me that Thursday would be a good day to bring it in. So on Wednesday night I drove over and left the car for the Thursday service. First thing Thursday morning, the receptionist called me and said that my name hadn't been put on the schedule, but they would do their best so I should expect them to take it in towards the late afternoon/evening. A few hours later, around lunchtime, they called and said it was ready for pickup. When I got it (around 3:00), they said that the technician had a big job for the day that he finished earlier than expected and just switched himself over to my car. This was much closer to what I had originally planned on doing, and I was grateful that my mistake was not a huge inconvenience for anyone. Thank you.

Always through never had an issue they could not fix. 3 vehicles for our family. Sierra is friendly and professional. Never does work without explaining why its needed and when. Now. Can wait but will need to be addressed. They take pictures of the inspections to show you what they see. Great place.
