5 star +++ service! I rarely rate businesses or products, but in this case I am making the time to do so. Royalty Auto Service is a top notch auto repair business. From the moment I called this business (the St. Marys, GA location), I was impressed with their professionalism, clarity of their services provided, responsiveness and overall customer service. It was this initial contact that drew me in first. They accommodated my every need and with expediencyvery little waiting time for the service I needed, which was not a quick job. Once committed to the service I needed and bringing my vehicle in, I was further impressed. This place is super clean, super welcoming and thats just the appearance. The entire staff is very knowledgeable, accommodating, friendly and provide a level of customer service that is hard to find anywhere. IT TRULY IS THAT IMPRESSIVE! The actual service I received was even better. For starters, they provided me a shuttle service back and forth from my home. They called me with a comprehensive explanation of their findings and recommendations and provided it with a no surprise estimate of costs and work to be accomplished. I can only describe this as a very detailed review of my entire vehicle to ensure that the problem I was experiencing not only lined up with what I suspected, but if anything else needed attention or was notable. They provided great information that was detailed yet easy to understand. At no time, did they push me into getting any part of the service but did give me an outstanding breakdown of things I could wait on and things that were degraded and could fail based on the severity and condition of the vehicles components. These explanations were absolutely critical in my decision to get what portions of work done and when, for the safety of myself and family. I am so impressed with this business, Im not sure I am even doing them justice with this review. As a bonus, go listen to their reels and TikToks, they do a bunch of them and they are VERY informative and worth following! Thank you Royalty Auto for giving me honesty, excellent work, a positive experience and most importantly for giving me peace of mind that my vehicle is in the best working order possible and safe!

I learned of Royalty Auto through Sherwood's Facebook videos. I was impressed with his honesty and desire to run his shops to the highest of standards. Something that is hard to find anymore, especially in the automotive industry. I was needing some maintenance work done on my 2019 Ram and wanted them to do it as the two trust worthy repair shops in my area had closed due to the owners retirement. Unfortunately, I live 600 plus miles away in middle TN. I talked with a couple of shops and my local dealership regarding the work needed. I came away unimpressed and couldn't get the Royalty Auto guys out of my mind. I thought, somehow I've got to justify the trip and make this happen. With our 41st wedding anniversary coming up in October. I thought we could go to Amelia Island and drop the truck off at the St Mary's shop. Killing two birds with one stone. Lol! I gave the St Mary's office a call and told them my situation and plan. Jim took my call and couldn't have been more pleasant and helpful. We arrived and all went as promised. When I picked up the truck, they had left a red rose on the dash for our anniversary I think. The gesture definitely touched our hearts. So much so that we are planning another trip to Amelia Island next year and having more maintenance done while we are there. Go see these people. You will not be disappointed!

We developed alternator issue heading south on I95, we continue south for along as the alternator and battery hung in. Eventually we would need a tow. My son followed Royalty Auto Service on TikTok. We called and Jim immediately said he would help us. Despite the shop being obviously busy, our vehicle was looked at that day. The parts were ordered right away before my approval of work, which was key to getting back on the road. The overall service and how the staff treated us was exceptional, while our trip was interrupted, which is never fun. Royaltys staff made our stay in Saint Marys Georgia very enjoyable and we plan to come back as planned vacation. Thanks again Shay and Jim
