Prompt professional service. They do a complete examination of the vehicle documenting all potential issues whether it's something that may require immediate attention or something that should be addressed down the road. They are also able to provide transportation back and forth, something that not everyone has. This saves a lot of ones personal time or having to make arrangements oneself. They have been servicing my 2 vehicles for several years and never have had any issues with the quality of their work.

Definitely worth the drive Jacksonville. Yes I said that. Needed an alignment done. Received a courtesy inspection and car wash. Inspection revealed some thing that needs to be done but no pressure to get it done right then and there. Ill be back to for them to do it. Received pictures on their findings and explained what was shown to the wife. Since she doesn't know much about car parts and what their for. Shout out to Shey and Jim treating us like we were loyalty. Our son that is 7 never got board waiting. Don't want to wait there will they have a courtesy driver if you want to go somewhere instead of waiting. Ken and Gerri that was a new client, now a lifetime one

Royalty Auto was very easy to deal with and did an excellent job inspecting the whole vehicle and recommending maintenance, not just what I brought it in for. Great business to work with - highly recommend!

The entire experience working with Royalty Auto Service is great. They checked my brakes for me, as I thought I smelled my brakes burning while driving. Instead of selling me something I did not need, they checked over the brakes, and when they saw nothing wrong, they tried to recreate the problem by driving around, and couldn't only charging me for the brake fluid flush and new fluid. They quickly diagnosed the problem with my air conditioner and let me pick up my truck for the weekend while waiting for parts to come in. They provided me with a report of all findings during the course of working on my vehicle. If you just want to remain blissfully ignorant to the problems with your vehicle, then Royalty Auto Service is not the place for you. Everyone else who wants to know about and fix the little problems before they become big problems, this is the auto shop for you.
