My wife and I drove 2 1/2 hrs. one way to Royalty auto repair. The trip was well worth it, ultra friendly staff. The maintenance was 5 stars above any other auto repair shop I have used. Royalty is the chick - fil of auto repair! Besides the great customer service the extra little things like cleaning my truck ( it looked better than when I bought the truck) and leaving a rose for my wife after service was completed was awesome. Great experience. Staff was courtesy and helpful. Vehicle was ready as stated by front desk staff(Jim Riley). Worth the drive from Jacksonville. Hard to find the professionalism and trusted care care in Jacksonville.

They take the time to do it right and care about my car as much as I do. They're not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. Top quality work, exceptional communication, and an all around positive experience.

Amazing service from start to finish. My service advisor, Jim Riley, provided exceptional service. He not only explained to me what was wrong but took the time out to give the why behind the recommendations. The technicians did an amazing job as well and I was able to get my car back the same day.

Brought my car in for a cylinder 3 misfire. They had it diagnosed and parts on order for the repair the same day. Will definitely be back for future maintenance requirements.
