I am so amazed at the quality care and attention at Royalty Auto Repair. Up front, Shay, Sierra and Ashley are absolutely wonderful. They keep you informed step by step and are so friendly yet professional, and make you feel as part of the family. The garage does everything right the first time, even with the most difficult situations. The knowledge of the entire staff is beyond anything I have experienced in the auto repair industry. It is so great in this day and age to find a repair service that actually treats you like "Royalty" and places the needs of the customer first. They even provide a shuttle service if needed! I have highly recommended them to all my friends, especially those with foreign made automobiles. As a collector of cars, I will never let anyone service or repair any of mine except Royalty.

The team was awesome and friendly. I was amazed by the professionalism, courtesy, and friendliness of the staff. Sierra and Pastor Mike made me feel at home. And having Godly discussions with pastor Mike was the topping on the cake. Technicians did an amazing job doing a transmission flush, where all the other Lexus dealerships claim that it was "lifetime fluid". No such thing as a lifetime fluid. Thanks Royalty, it was a pleasure meeting your team and I look forward to having more work accomplished there. In the words of Arnold..."I will be back!"

I recently my wife's Buick Lacrosse in for a no crank, no start conditions. The issue wasn't an easy one to diagnose but they determined the issue was the fuse box under the hood. They also discovered the battery was bad and needed replacing. I asked them to check the warranty on the battery with a local parts store. They called back and the battery had 5 days left on the warranty and it was replaced under the manufacturers warrantee. Once the fuse box was replaced they then had to replace the battery. They did great great work and the car is back on the road.
