I would like to thank Royality Auto for always taking such good care of my vehicle ensuring I can travel to take care of my 86 year old Mother. They keep my car in top running order and address any issues promptly. Everyone is so friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Also, when I picked up my vehicle it was so clean and smelled wonderful. They even left me a rose, how sweet was that!! They really do treat you like Royality!! ️

This is an area that has many residents who have recently relocated here...most find the prices, taxes, etc appreciably lower than the area from which they came...after a while many realize the adage "you get what you pay for"...we've had auto repair services that were less expensive and also less efficient...Royalty is a first rate operation...very thorough and check everything....yes, they might be a little more expensive but you truly get what you pay for...we went with brakes metal on metal and they said...."don't drive this car home"....they explain everything that is needed with other options...plus (by the way) they take you home and pick you up..along with the best car wash I've had in years...for my driving safety this is the only place I'll use from now on..

As a former owner of a auto repair shop of 35 years I have to say Im impressed with your shop. Always liked a clean shop. Your techs are all professional. Love your videos online. I've been using Royalty to service my two cars for several years. They are professional and very thorough in their review of the entire car. Their pick up and drop off service is extremely convenient if one lives a distance from their shop. Very good at updating customer of any issues they discover on the vehicle and of performing the requested service. Their record keeping is nice to have if the customer does not retain service history records. Over time one looses track of what has/has not been done, they keep a record of work performed. The fact that you get your vehicle back washed and vacuumed is a nice service plus. When was the last time you took your car in to be serviced and they washed it for you??
