This was my first visit. I was impressed with the friendliness of everyone. The service I requested was carried out in a timely manner.. I was impressed that they went over the car and gave me a written report of everything that needs to be seen about. I looked forward to carrying my car back and letting them take care of all my problems. I was amazed and pleased that they cleaned my car inside and out and also waxed it. There is no auto shop that gives this kind of service and I am so pleased I found them;

My car had a few indicator lights on the dash that needed attention. Royalty assessed what was needed after a thorough inspection and devised a plan. They executed the plan flawlessly providing updates along the way. The shop is a little out of my way being from Jacksonville but I'll return if need be. Thanks

I've been taking my Honda to Royalty for a few years now...that says it all...I trust them. Plus my vehicle leaves home dirty and comes back clean inside and out. How great is that? Can't imagine taking it anywhere else.

Had the oil service and tires rotated done before a long trip. My car performed flawlessly! Handled like a dream in the mountains with the new tires and brakes!
