As a former owner of a auto repair shop of 35 years I have to say Im impressed with your shop. Always liked a clean shop. Your techs are all professional. Love your videos online. You seem very thorough in what you do. Keep it up. We live in Palmer Ma. So I wont be in for repairs .lol. Awesome keep up the good work and videos

I've been using Royalty to service my two cars for several years. They are professional and very thorough in their review of the entire car. Their pick up and drop off service is extremely convenient if one lives a distance from their shop. Very good at updating customer of any issues they discover on the vehicle and of performing the requested service. Their record keeping is nice to have if the customer does not retain service history records. Over time one looses track of what has/has not been done, they keep a record of work performed. The fact that you get your vehicle back washed and vacuumed is a nice service plus. When was the last time you took your car in to be serviced and they washed it for you??

I brought my truck in to have the Rack assembly, tie rods and CV axels, and E-brake cable replaced. The parts were old and wearing out, faster due to the lift kit I have had installed on it. Royalty took it in and performed a full safety inspection, tech inspection, and so much more for the truck. They truly are the best in the business, they are up front with cost, no hidden fees and are very good at explaining their process. Thier work is warrantied, unlike most other shops. I have been taking my truck to other shops for years and have been burned a lot, to the point of being afraid to take it anywhere and have done a ton of repairs myself. Royalty has restored my faith in being able to take my vehicle somewhere, so that I no longer have to repair my vehicles myself. I should have started taking my vehicles there a long time ago.

I have never found a place like Royalty Auto Service! I had an oil change, but it was so much more. I dropped off my vehicle and it was delivered back to my door in better condition than when I left it. I was surprised to be handed a fresh red rose at the end when I was given my keys. Every interaction I had with staff was warm, welcoming and professional.

The young lady at the desk was so nice and helpful to me when I had a dead battery. I was blessed that there was one in stock, but she had the people in the back deal with it right away. There is nothing worse than having a car that will not start right at the gas station in front of the pumps. I am thankful that it just took a phone call, and her telling me to come right in and they would take care of me and my battery problem.

Can't say enough good things about Royalty Auto. I have lived in Saint Marys for almost 10 years, but also serve as a member of the Armed Forces. I have been stationed all over, and hands down, Royalty is the best service provider I have ever experienced. No other auto care and repair company has been as attentive and consistent.
