Staff are friendly and approachable. They also were more than happy to give me an update at the day and time I asked (which is appreciated due to my work- I can't have my phone when clocked in). Staff explained the parts requiring to be replaced and gave me an estimated guess for when the vehicle would be ready. Staff sent me a quote and did not pressure me into any "extras" such as a cabin filter or anything other than what was required to get the vehicle running smoothly again. Once completing the work to be done, Royalty Auto took their service and extra step and detailed the interior of my car and had it washed for no charge. Although it did take some time for Royalty Auto to get to my vehicle, I appreciate their thoroughness and patience in correctly diagnosing the sounds my vehicle was making. Throughout the entire process the staff never once made me feel demeaned nor did they belittle my opinion of what I believed to be wrong due to me being a woman. After the checkout process was completed, Royalty Auto made sure to let me know that if something doesn't feel right or something pops up to let them know and they would be glad to correct it.
