My tire pressure light came on went to Royalty Auto and they put air in my tire and also let me know that a screw was in my tire and thats what the light came on they managed to squeeze me in with a appointment and gave me and my daughter a ride home while they worked on my tire. Im going to recommend them to everyone they were so nice and the friendliest .

Great customer service staff. Clean well organized shop area. Comfortable, clean waiting area with fresh coffee, drinks and snacks.

Did not feel like I was being ripped off. They told me everything that was needed and understood my wife's needs completely. Great price for the service and timely completion.

Exceptional service and care by everyone I encountered. Marly was my main point of contact and she kept me informed at each step. Professional and outstanding! They did what needed to be done to do the job right, not just to get me by. My car was ready a few days earlier than expected, and was washed and interior vacuumed and detailed. These guys took me in on Christmas Eve and were kind enough to replace all four tires and even let me purchase a spare full tire. I could not be more grateful for Royalty Auto Service- especially since my last three mechanics really did me dirty and sold me things I didnt need. For my Dodge Ram 3500 dually had the ball joints, pitman arm replaced, along with some other front end work, all new tires with balance and warranty completed in a timely fashion, fair pricing and great service from Royalty Auto!!
