Royalty services all of my vehicles.This time I dropped off the minivan which was misfiring. As per usual, everything went smoothly and everyone was very personable.

I really appreciated the fantastic customer service and technical service! They took very good care of my son's car and delivered it when complete clean inside and out. Everything was clearly communicated and there was zero confusion on what was getting done and at what price.

The staff is very nice and helpful. I wasn't expecting a flower in my truck when I was picking it up, nice touch. Sure wish I've been coming to Royalty Auto sooner instead of just discovering them right before I move out of the area!

I found an honest auto repair shop. Could have easily installed parts that were fine. Then only charged me for 1/2 hr. labor for the tech trouble shooting time. Definitely visit them again as needed.
