They pay attention to every detail and send information on their inspection and recommendations, they did what needed to be done to keep my vehicle in top shape without haggling me about nonsense that doesn’t need to be done, their team is very professional, educated on all questions I asked regarding my vehicle, and courteous. As a busy Mom carting kids all over they even had a service where they delivered my car right to my door! Wow! They even delivered my vehicle washed, vacuumed and had a rose! These details matter more than they know! Especially with the hard times we are living through. Thank you Royalty! You did an outstanding job fixing my vehicle! This company is trustworthy. They always do a full inspection and provide pictures along with explanations. They understand that the customer may not always be able to afford every fix, so they list everythinf based on the highest priority. They may not ALWAYS be the absolute cheapest on EVERY THING, but they do always provide the best customer service and they are worth every penny. I wont take my vehicles anywhere else.

When i took my truck in for diagnostics, the staff was very pleasant and helpful. Even though nothing was found, I know they did everything possible to make sure my vehicle was tested completely.

I made an an appointment for 9am on a tues morning, for a complete inspection basically. I drove up from St.Augustine, got there a little early but, they got me in and got the inspection done as soon as I got there. They went over everything, checked the Carfax, made recommendations for services needed. I got a written estimate for a complete fluid change, and I'll be making an appointment for that very soon. I was impressed overall with the business itself, the shop was clean, the office/waiting room was clean and comfortable. I just feel like everyone knows what they're doing and the pricing is fair. You can't ask for any better than that. It was definitely worth the drive from St.Augustine.
