I can not say enough about your business other than THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! When I had thought I was going to have to throw away a perfectly good car because another big name brand shop said I needed a new engine and transmission I just couldnt believe it! I had been watching yalls videos and was very confident that I was being led down the wrong path elsewhere. I had my car towed to Royalty Auto Service to have Mr Sherwood and his staff check to see what was really going on with my car. Much to my surprise I received a phone call stating that they were very confident that they found the problem and would be getting back to me soon. Well I did get that call and was told my car was fixed, it was in the wash bay getting all dolled up and would be ready to go!! Oh and I didnt need an engine or transmission!!! Totally awesome news considering this car is my Georgia car in the winter that I use when we come south for the winter! I can not say enough about Mr Sherwood and his staff except thank you and if anyone is needing top notch service with a true professional diagnostic shop, not just a parts replacer shop, a truly old school shop Royalty Auto Service is your place. My experience with Royalty Auto has been, put simply, darn good. My Ram 5500, Ford F150 and Honda Odyssey have all been to Royalty for a variety of reasons and each one has been cared for with the utmost attention to detail and concern for my families needs in mind. If you need anything related to your vehicle, doesnt matter what make or model or year it is. Dont look any further than the place that treats you and your car like Royalty. No I dont work for them, no I didnt get paid or persuaded to write this review. Im a proud and hardworking dad of 4 and devoted husband who needs help from time to time and isnt afraid to ask. Royalty answers and gets after it each and every time. Youll be in great hands here, trust me!

They were amazing!! The vehicle runs like new. So many items should have been caught by the dealership during routine maintenance over the last month that was missed were addressed. Now I am in safe vehicle. Loved the rose on the dashboard and they cleaned the vehicle. That is above and beyond what I was getting at the dealership.

I drove 3 1/2 hours to have them troubleshoot a turbo and keep alive memory issue on my F250 diesel. Dealership tried twice and another shop once and couldnt figure it out. I found Royalty on TikTok where they would fix issues dealers and other shops couldnt figure out. Well they didnt disappointthey found both issues right away, repaired them, and truck is running great. Well worth the drive! Thanks yall.

Brought in my 08 Suburban for an issue with the sunroof, and the office staff is kind, and full of smiles. I didnt feel any negative pressure to do business with Royalty. Staff kept me informed and in the loop as to what was going on, and my repair was done within a week because of needing to source parts. Havent experienced any issues since! I think Royalty may become my new repair shop whenever needed!

My daughters car over heated and I called Royalty to get advice on what to do. We were able to get her car towed to their place so they could work on it. I appreciate all their help when I needed it.
