I can’t speak highly enough about the exceptional service I received. I literally felt like Royalty. They pay attention to every detail and send information on their inspection and recommendations, they did what needed to be done to keep my vehicle in top shape without haggling me about nonsense that doesn’t need to be done, their team is very professional, educated on all questions I asked regarding my vehicle, and courteous. As a busy Mom carting kids all over they even had a service where they delivered my car right to my door! Wow! They even delivered my vehicle washed, vacuumed and had a rose! These details matter more than they know! Especially with the hard times we are living through. Thank you Royalty! You did an outstanding job fixing my vehicle! This company is trustworthy. They always do a full inspection and provide pictures along with explanations. They understand that the customer may not always be able to afford every fix, so they list everythinf based on the highest priority. They may not ALWAYS be the absolute cheapest on EVERY THING, but they do always provide the best customer service and they are worth every penny. I wont take my vehicles anywhere else.

When i took my truck in for diagnostics, the staff was very pleasant and helpful. Even though nothing was found, I know they did everything possible to make sure my vehicle was tested completely.
