I recently my wife's Buick Lacrosse in for a no crank, no start conditions. The issue wasn't an easy one to diagnose but they determined the issue was the fuse box under the hood. They also discovered the battery was bad and needed replacing. I asked them to check the warranty on the battery with a local parts store. They called back and the battery had 5 days left on the warranty and it was replaced under the manufacturers warrantee. Once the fuse box was replaced they then had to replace the battery. They did great great work and the car is back on the road.

Worked with my schedule to correct an issue caused by another shop. Quickly diagnosed the issue, ordered parts and got my wife's care back on the road safely. Also gave me a ride home when I dropped it off and worked around my ever changing schedule. Very much appreciated
