Great job as always

Too bad we can't give more than five stars. Michael and the crew at Royalty St. Mary's went over and beyond to assist us on repairs on our auto this past week. We needed it quickly and there was much to be done. It was handled better than thought. All work was completed with precision and correctly. We were advised along the way and all matters were resolved easily. We surely appreciate their honesty and thoughtfulness. We highly recommend Royalty St. Mary's and they continue to have a satisfied customer. Thank you Royalty for everything.

Overall great service, especially at the front desk. Diligent in running my issues to ground. Ordered the parts needed and kept me up to date on the status of getting those parts in. Once the parts arrived, they called me and I dropped my car off that evening. Got a call the next day that my car was finished and picked it up. Again, front desk staff was friendly. They had also washed and vacuumed my car while they had it, which I did not expect but was appreciative.

Always the BEST service with a lot of smiles. Thank you for all the special attention you give. Good Bless you all.

I had a free oil change with dealership, but chose to return to, and pay, Royalty because of past experiences. Again, they did an awesome job. Highly recommend.
