Very nice staff

I found Royalty Auto Service through their YouTube channel. In the videos, I was very impressed with all the necessary steps they took for each procedure. I have had power steering, brake, and oil changed. Living in Jacksonville I decided the drive was acceptable. I have been impressed with the comfort of the waiting area. I have seen my car go out for test drives and get washed before giving me the keys. I've been looking for shops that go above and beyond my experience and this has been one of them.

The service was professional and thorough from the beginning. The inspection listed the problems and addressed the concerns I had. Everything was labeled as far as needs done now, in the future, or is good. The work was done quickly, thoroughly and efficiently.
