My sister and I were taking a road trip for the weekend from Florida to North Carolina and as soon as we crossed the Florida-Georgia border our car started acting up. After we pulled off at an exit and checked it ourself, we called a few different auto places that were close to us. After being turned down by all of them because they were too busy for the day, we called Royalty Auto Service. They said that they were also very busy, but wanted to help since we were out of town ...and wanted to make sure that we were safe for our trip. After our GPS took us the wrong way, we called and they helped us find exactly where to go. From the moment we walked in, the employees were so kind to us. They immediately took our car back to take a look. Our wait was so short, appointment or no appointment, that I was honestly shocked when they said the car was ready. He gave us a complete report on what had happened with the car and sent us on our way letting us know that if anything else happens, to just contact them and they would help in any way they could! It was honestly a blessing that all of the other places turned us down because I have never experienced such great customer service! Thank you Royalty Auto Service!
