Many repair establishments I came across in Nassau County would not work on a Volvo or their famous words , it must be the oxygen sensor. ( I can replace an oxygen sensor) The dealership was convinced my car was not worth the repairs. Royalty Auto said we will take care of it, then gave me a fair estimate on the major issue. I was contacted later about the other issues that I was aware of, and was given several options. I was even more grateful when they went out of there way to meet my deadline. Not only do I trust this car as a daily driver again, but I have a warranty from the repairs. My only downside was I did not come to them first.

I am a NJ mom and my just 18 year old, brand new coastie son is 800 miles away, living in St. Mary's, GA! Without boring you all to death, I will make this as short and sweet as possible! He took his truck for a routine oil change yesterday and got a phone call with a list of things they found that were wrong with it. I'm not there and wasn't sure if they were being up front with him or just trying to pad his bill. I got on the computer right away and started looking for mechanics in his area. I found Royalty Auto and the reviews were amazing, so I gave them a call. I explained the situation and Connie told me they would be willing to do a complimentary inspection on it this morning to put my mind at ease. I got a call after the inspection and was told in complete detail, what was wrong...the main thing being his radiator. Now, it is Thanksgiving week, so they were only open Monday and today, then closed until next Monday. Sherwood ordered the parts, talked to the guys in the shop and they all agreed they would stay until the truck was done, no matter what time! His truck is now fixed and safe to drive...what more can I ask for being so far away! These guys are amazing and went above and beyond for my son and I! Thanks Royalty Auto!

Took my car in for a look over and general service and i got a full report, in detail, of all maintenance that was due. Everything was quoted and a reasonable price. The staff was really nice and even drove me back to my place when i dropped my car off.

Above and beyond when it comes to customer service felt really comfortable going into a shop where the focus was on taking care of the customer and not just getting money for services like the majority of automotive shops are.

Very friendly and knowledgeable. Knowing I was in a hurry, they fit me into their tight schedule and fixed my car problem in minutes.

Royalty is the one place in town that I don't feel taken advantage of when I leave. They are always honest when diagnosing my vehicle, and do exceptional work. Sherwood provides superb workmanship, and everyone there takes pride in their work. Keep up the good work.

Had a great experience with everything they let me know everything they found to be wrong with the car followed by pictures via email of what needed to be done. The price is a bit steep but you get what you pay for, as well as a free loaner!
