I usually work on vehicles myself. I am able to do most jobs. However, I do not have many tools anymore. I needed to find a good shop that treated me fairly. It took me a trip or two to other service shops; but Royalty Auto Service is the best. Hands down. I am always treated so well, their pricings are much better than the dealers and they know EVERYTHING there is to know about cars that require special care I.e. BMW. I refuse to do business elsewhere. Thanks for all your hard work, Royalty.

As a mom of four, two of whom are brand new twins, I cannot emphasize how convenient their pick up service is. I called, scheduled my service, and waited in the comfort of my own home while they did all the running around. This is just what I needed to find. I'm happy with the work they did, and who else in town will wash your car when they change the oil!

I came in with a simple problem and i also needed general maintenance. They explained everything in simple terms and also gave me a discount because it was veterans weekend! Best experience I have ever had with a shop! I will becoming back!

Awesome customer service! Royalty Auto makes everything simple with picking my car up from work and delivering it back to me by the time I get off. Sherwood is always extremely helpful and all of the staff are very friendly and professional. Highly recommended!

I recently purchased a used BMW and the team at Royalty Auto was able to quickly fix immediate issues as well as advise me on additional work that it needs as well as prioritize the work so that the vehicle so we can budget it out. I am so impressed with the team here that I wonder why I ever thought our previous mechanic was even an option after all the 2nd chances we gave them before looking elsewhere.

The overall experience at Royalty Auto Service is outstanding. The staff is friendly, knowledgable, and really treats you like family. They have coffee and drinks in the waiting area as well as free wi-fi and TV. As far as auto service is concerned - they're second to none. Repairs are reasonably priced and guaranteed to be done right!

Very helpful and honest - Sherwood took the time to explain the issues and possible repair options to me. He even referred me to a BMW dealer for a repair he found out was covered by a recall instead of doing the $2200 job himself at my expense and his gain. Impressive.

If I could give Royalty Auto Service 1000 stars, I would. I had a rave review posted before this one, but after today, I had to do it again! They took a lemon....and I mean LEMON....of a Jeep and made it drive better than any car I have ever had. They make you feel like family, and take care of you like family. They really do care, and make sure that your vehicle is family safe before sending it home with you. I can't even put into words how thankful I am for what they did for me...I was speechless and shocked. They really went above and beyond! In fact, I was practically in tears when I was leaving their shop. I said it before, and I'll say it again. I will never take my vehicle anywhere else...ever!
