Seriously the best auto service place in the southeast! I drove all the way from Jacksonville, fl to have them look at my car. They fixed everything that was wrong with it and my car feels brand new again.. Their customer service is amazing and i didn't feel like they were money hungry, trying to make you do things on your car just for profit, they wanted the BEST car for YOU! Totally recommend! Not only did my vehicle get fixed in a timely manner but also I felt like I was treated like a family member. Rather than feeling like a typical auto shop taking advantage of me for money, I felt like it was a family member telling me what they recommended for my vehicle. Extremely personal, friendly and exceptional mechanics.

The staff and service was incredible! They went above and beyond to help me out. I got in the same day my car started experiencing major problems. They are very knowledgeable, and they were able to diagnose and fix my car by the following afternoon. I will never go anywhere but Royalty Auto Service!
