St Marys and Kingsland Auto Repair

With my new 'used' Sprinter SS needing an AC repair, and detesting a charge 'just for a look' by mechanics at the Dodge and Mercedes dealers in Jax and Yulee, I found Royal Auto Service in St. Marys and read their great reviews. What a pleasure to have Sherwood listen to my RV need, then explain their lack of a lift for the size of my Sprinter in the event that was needed. But then a "YES"! They were willingness to give it a try. Thanks for the call to remind me of the service and the offer to shuttle me out to pick up lunch if I needed that. I enjoyed the short wait in the clean, pleasant waiting area, and very much appreciated the mechanic Sherwood explaining the repair he made and giving me brief instructions on the best way to utilize the AC in the RV. Everyone was great. I would love to have a branch of your business over here in Fernandina!

The staff are always friendly and I love that they pick up and drop off my car. It is so nice that I don't have to worry about toddlers running around their waiting area if I'm not at work. They always do an excellent job with my vehicle.

I took my tire in to get it fixed due to a screw. They are honest, professional, and kind. I would definitely recommend them.

It was such a relief to get a full diagnosis of my car’s issues. 2 other shops couldn’t give me that. When they finished the job they sent a very nice lady to pick me up and my car was really clean inside and out. There was even a pretty rose on my dash. They are something else. I don’t think I’ve ever felt so appreciated for my business.

From the very first time I spoke to them over the phone, the service was absolutely phenomenal. I've never experienced such great service at a mechanic shop. They made the entire process from start to finish easy and smooth. My car even came back cleaner than it was when I left it. I haven't driven the car yet but I had to come write this review simply because of the service. With this level of service, I have no doubt that the work itself was high quality. Thank you to all at Royalty Auto for fixing our BMW! Great service and a very reasonable price for a great repair. The ladies that provide the customer service are AWESOME!!! They are truly helpful and kind. I wish every business was as concerned about their customers. It was a 45 minute trip to travel to their shop, but well worth it. Definitely have found my new auto shop!

Best shop for any repairs. Great staff. All around superb service. I wouldn’t trust my families safety to any other auto shop.
