Great service

I am so appreciative of the pick up and drop off service I am even more thankful for the honest and thorough service with each visit! Each time my vehicle has been into the shop I've gotten a full explanation of suggestions, as well as pictures to help me better understand what may need to get done.

I like the personal touches of the staff. I have never had a repair shop put so much detail into their explanations of the services needed for the vehicle. They made my visit very easy and painless. done a great job on my car. would definitely go back for future services on my vehicles. I loved the personal of the rose that was left in my car for me.

My car has never had such a thorough service! Sherwood went over everything they serviced on the car and went over things I need to think about doing in the near future to get it in tip top shape! They washed the car inside and out plus they left a rose for me 😊! I will be going there for all my auto service and repair needs! I recommend Royalty to everyone!!!

Never a bad experience. I have been going to Royalty for about 5 years for regular maintenance for my 2008 Lexus. They are very professional with great record keeping and suggestions . It's great to still have that personalized touch. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else!

Excellent personnel, have always taken great care of our vehicle. They identify issues with our SUV and correct them. Royalty also takes the time to give the vehicle a thorough inspection in order to give us prioritized information concerning future issues that will eventually have to be addressed.
