The service here was excellent! I was constantly updated about what was happening, the time frame we were looking at, and when things went sideways do to different issues that cropped up they were quick to call and inform me and kept their original price quote despite it being more in the end. I cannot thank them enough for their EXCELLENT service and professionalism.

I loved the amazing treatment I got from Royalty Auto! I took my car in for basic maintenance for a cross country trip, and they revealed to me that there was a lot wrong I had no idea about. Megan was great at keeping me updated and making sure I understood what was going on. It REALLY WAS a royal treatment!!

Wonderful services, kept me informed throughout the whole process, provided a ride to my house, dropped vehicle off. Vehicle was immaculate, floor vacuumed, doors cleaned out, windows washed, and outside of vehicle washed.

I brought my car to just get an oil change. We just moved back to the area and our parents recommended Royalty and they did not disappoint! Not only were they upfront with the options and cost of the oil before hand, when I picked up my car it was spotless inside and out with a beautiful rose on the dash. Then a detailed report on things to look into later down the road as far as maintenance, such as tire tread, how much was left on the brake pads, and fluids. Not once felt pressured to do anything extra, but was kindly informed about the status of the cars overall "health" if you will, which was very much appreciated. Will recommend to everyone!
