They’re very friendly, personable, knowledgeable, professional, accommodating, and caring. Everyone from the service desk to the owner remembers your vehicle and name. I appreciate them more than they know! You guys are truly a blessing in more ways than one!

From the start with the service coordinator, to the courtesy ride home, through the safety check and the scheduled repairs the constant updates, the courtesy pickup to retrieve my vehicle was all first class. Not to mention the courteous (meaning free) washing and detailing that my truck received. I have to say, the repairs were top notch and the truck looked much better inside and out when I picked it up than when I dropped it off. And they got all the repairs and work done two days sooner than they had originally indicated. They definitely have my business from here on out and they should have yours too!

Outstanding service! This was the second time I used Royalty Auto Service for my car repairs. I am truly impressed by the professionalism and great service (at a reasonable price) I received on both occasions. I was met with professionalism (both times) upon arrival by Sabrina and the other front desk receptionist. Sabrina was the one who checked my vehicle in (both times), she was extremely friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about what could be wrong with my vehicle and what I can expect from the mechanics. I was also impressed by the detailed, electronic diagnostic analysis of my car, along with video footage. And the "icing on top" of everything was, they washed and vacuumed my vehicle, in which I'm truly grateful. I will certainly recommend this place to my family and friends who may need car repairs and I won't hesitate to go back to Royalty Auto Service if I need any future car repairs.
