Usually, honesty, integrity and true concern for a client is not synonomus with auto repair. I was stranded from Florida on the freeway and got towed to this amazing shop. Everyone was wonderful. They did not try to sell me anything. They diagnosed the issue, and knowing I had a mechanic at home, they showed me how to get home safely without paying $1000 for a repair.i am 74 years old, had an unfamiliar car, had just lost my beautiful daughter to cancer and I was totally distraught. The entire team handled me with kid gloves and sincere concern. And Isabel, sweet,kind young woman,, went that extra mile to insure my safety and gave me the emotional support that I needed while my world was crashing around me.
