I brought my car to just get an oil change. We just moved back to the area and our parents recommended Royalty and they did not disappoint! Not only were they upfront with the options and cost of the oil before hand, when I picked up my car it was spotless inside and out with a beautiful rose on the dash. Then a detailed report on things to look into later down the road as far as maintenance, such as tire tread, how much was left on the brake pads, and fluids. Not once felt pressured to do anything extra, but was kindly informed about the status of the cars overall "health" if you will, which was very much appreciated. Will recommend to everyone! Thank you for honest, quality work, and your commitment to give back to our community!

With my new 'used' Sprinter SS needing an AC repair, and detesting a charge 'just for a look' by mechanics at the Dodge and Mercedes dealers in Jax and Yulee, I found Royal Auto Service in St. Marys and read their great reviews. What a pleasure to have Sherwood listen to my RV need, then explain their lack of a lift for the size of my Sprinter in the event that was needed. But then a "YES"! They were willingness to give it a try. Thanks for the call to remind me of the service and the offer to shuttle me out to pick up lunch if I needed that. I enjoyed the short wait in the clean, pleasant waiting area, and very much appreciated the mechanic Sherwood explaining the repair he made and giving me brief instructions on the best way to utilize the AC in the RV. Everyone was great. I would love to have a branch of your business over here in Fernandina!

The staff are always friendly and I love that they pick up and drop off my car. It is so nice that I don't have to worry about toddlers running around their waiting area if I'm not at work. They always do an excellent job with my vehicle.

I took my tire in to get it fixed due to a screw. They are honest, professional, and kind. I would definitely recommend them.
