Was visiting my sister in St. Mary's from Illinois when my battery light came on. I found Royalty Auto Service on Google as a nearby auto-shop, and noticing that they had 5 start with over 200 reviews, decided to bring my Honda Odyssey there to be checked out. I knew it was more than likely the alternator, but I was in denial. Yep, it turned out to be the alternator. They recommended replacing the belt at the same time. I choose to do both. I told them I knew I wasn't special, but had planned on getting on the road to continue to Florida this AM, so if they could expedite that would be great. They assured me that they would do so, and that they had many customers that break down on the road, being near I-95. I also asked them to check out the tire balance, as I had them balanced at a Walmart in TN on the way down, and it seemed worse. I had stopped by a Wal-Mart in St. Mary's, but they said they didn't have any openings for days. They expedited getting the repairs done, and the van was ready to go by 3PM that afternoon. They did the tire balance as a bonus, 3 of the tires were out of balance as I had suspected. Didn't charge for that. All parts are covered for 5 years/5,000 miles nationwide, which helped me feel They cleaned the inside and outside of my van, even vacuuming, which was a nice surprise. Also leaving a flower on the dash. The customer service was great. They were able to get me in with no notice, and get my van done the same day. In addition, they went above and beyond to make sure the car was road worthy. I highly recommend them. I am sure my sister will be going to them in the future.
