St Marys and Kingsland Auto Repair

It was such a relief to get a full diagnosis of my car’s issues. 2 other shops couldn’t give me that. When they finished the job they sent a very nice lady to pick me up and my car was really clean inside and out. There was even a pretty rose on my dash. They are something else. I don’t think I’ve ever felt so appreciated for my business.

From the very first time I spoke to them over the phone, the service was absolutely phenomenal. I've never experienced such great service at a mechanic shop. They made the entire process from start to finish easy and smooth. My car even came back cleaner than it was when I left it. I haven't driven the car yet but I had to come write this review simply because of the service. With this level of service, I have no doubt that the work itself was high quality. Thank You all very much!!!!!!!

Thank you to all at Royalty Auto for fixing our BMW! Great service and a very reasonable price for a great repair. The ladies that provide the customer service are AWESOME!!! They are truly helpful and kind. I wish every business was as concerned about their customers. It was a 45 minute trip to travel to their shop, but well worth it. Definitely have found my new auto shop!

The whole service was spot on ! From the call to make an appointment all the way to getting in my car leaving (all I got was an oil change to) The Service was fantastic ! They even wash and vacuum you car as part of the service . I like how they see you as actual person not just customer! I would highly recommend them for any car service needs !
