If I could give them a higher rating, I would. OMG! Traveled from Orlando because I viewed their TikTok videos. I own a 2009 Acura MDX with approx 88,000 and the battery kept dying. Replaced it twice. The Sherwood men found the battery draw within an hour, whereas the previous two mechanics had my car for a total of 10 days. One couldn't find it, and the other identified the part, but it was the wrong part. They took the time to literally show me video and have me see exactly where in the car the draw was, and how the draw disappeared when the bad part was disconnected. They find multiple other issues that needed attention that no other megabucks mentioned, I.e. my back brakes were metal on metal and extremely dangerous to be driving on. When I drove my car home, it felt like the day I drove it off the showroom floor! These people are the best....from their friendly front office staff (they drove me to a restaurant so I could have lunch and offered to pick me back up) to the shear professional approach. Their waiting room/rest rooms were spotless, and they offer a full selection of free snacks, soft drinks, and even fresh popped corn. I will only bring my vehicle here for servicing from now on. The 2 hr drive more than pays for itself. Thank you to the Sherwood men and their staff!

Thats correct. My name is David Royalty and I live in Danville Ky. I really enjoy listen Ing to your advice on Facebook. Obviously I love the name of your business and have learned a great deal from your segments. By the way, Royalty is a common surname in central Ky. Perhaps Ill come and visit on our frequent trips to Florida. My wife drives a 2016 Subaru Forrester and I have a 2022 Honda Pilot! We both enjoy our vehicles.

Royalty auto definitely went above and beyond to fix the issues I had with my car. The Kingsland location's drop off was very convenient and they were able to quickly do the planned repairs.

My Jaguar broke down in South Carolina on Dec 30. It had to be towed to Kingsland, to the La Quinta Inn, my hotel. WE were on our way to our home in Fort Myers, FL. The next day we started looking for a repair facility nearby. Royalty had excellent ratings on line and we called them, they sent a tow truck to take our car to their facility. All this is happening on New Years Eve day. Royalty was honest and frank saying we can't look at your car until Jan2. On Jan 2 they said they determined the issue and needed spare parts, they we not readily available. They said we won't know until Monday or Tuesday, so we rented a car and drove to Florida. On Monday they called at 6 PM and said your car is fixed! We picked it up the next day, all was repaired and the cars exterior looked brand new. I can't say enough good things about Royalty Auto Service. They are honest, hard working and the BEST!

Wow, my truck is on the road the same day that I dropped it off. My service writer Marley did a fantastic job communicating with me. She is professional and very personable. Thank you everyone for a great experience. They also washed and vacuumed out my truck. Wow again . Eric B - Kingsland Ga.
