The service I received from Royalty Auto Services was exceptional, from initial contact to the picking up of my completed vehicle. My 2019 Ram 1500 had several issues, and the aftermarket extended warranty company had told me that it was possible that they might cover some of the issues, but they needed diagnostics run on it before they could decide. My local shop is a small shop that does not process extended warranties. I have been following Sherwood for about 3 months and have been impressed with everything he does, especially coming from a background where I started out in mechanics, years ago. I decided to contact them and take my vehicle 3.5 hours from the house to have them work on it, and I have no regrets. Sierra was awesome to deal with from first contact all the way through the process. I was on a cruise the first week they had it, so staying i contact was a challenge, but Sierra managed it flawlessly. The communication was excellent. They communicated with the extended warranty company and got them all the information they requested and honestly the extended warranty paid out more than I was expecting them to. Once all the work was approved and parts were ordered, the vehicle was completed as promised. When I picked the vehicle up, it was clean, inside and outside. I've never dealt with an automotive shop like this; the whole experience was inviting and friendly, even my wife was impressed. I would definitely use them again and would recommend this shop to anyone. Oh yeah, the services that was performed are as follows: replaced water pump, power running board motor, tpms units, replaced spark plugs, transmission and transfer case flush, and a fuel system service. The last few services were due to my truck being right at 100,000 miles. Honestly, I was 50/50 on the fuel system service, but after getting my truck back, between that and/or the spark plugs, it is running better, although it wasn't running bad before, and it is getting better fuel milage. I know this is long, but just wanted to let everyone know, I didn't have a single negative issue with Royalty Auto Service, and I will be using them again.
