St Marys and Kingsland Auto Repair

I have been going to Kingsland Royalty for several years and would not go anywhere else. I am a senior citizen and my 2003 car almost has 300.000 miles. I cannot afford replacing my vehicle and Royalty has kept my car running in tip top shape and dependable. All the personnel I have dealt with have been super professional, friendly and very caring. Special mention goes to Marly. their Service Advisor, who always amazes me with her knowledge, her welcoming smile, her kindness, her going above and beyond to help and treating me like she would her own grandmother! :-) This is rarely the "norm" these days! I also appreciate the ride to and from home when needed, and my car washed before I get it back. A big thank you to all of you!

I drove 4 1/2 hours to have my truck repaired here. I had been following Royalty Auto & Sherwood for some time on facebook. I felt that I would get the best customer service & repair at Royalty and I was not disappointed. The diagnosis was thorough and although the repairs were labor intensive, they were done in a timely manner. I was kept very informed along the way by Marly. Having them give a warranty for their work was also very reassuring.

Excellent service and always going above and beyond!! I appreciate each and every person who works at both locations. They are very thorough looking at your vehicle and upfront with repair estimates. I've been bringing my vehicle to be serviced for years and trust them. Come see for yourself.

The office staff was incredibly nice on the phone and in person. I've followed Royalty for a while and live about an hour or so away. I was dealing with some shaking which can be particularly difficult to diagnosis and fix without the appropriate knowledge. Instead of throwing more parts at the problem, I wanted to get a thorough inspection/diagnosis. I appreciate the time and professionalism the shop offers.

I discovered Royalty on YouTube. I liked the honesty and integrity that they displayed on showing their mishaps and standing behind at their expense. You don't see people frequently take responsibility for what they do. Witnessing this gives me confidence to do services that others may steer you from . I feel comfortable letting this crew care for my cars .
