Ive just relocated to Fernandina Beach from Saint Augustine where I had retired from the military. I had taken my 2017 S550 Mercedes-Benz Coupe in for the normal B4 service at the Mercedes dealership. After completion of the service I was informed, I need to replace my front CV boots for a cost of around $6000. My brother-in-law had told me about Sherwood and Royalty Auto Service from his YouTube channels so I reviewed the YouTube channels and felt very comfortable and confident in taking my car there for service. After a complete review of the frontend. I was informed that they could perform the service. They kept me informed throughout the service and also recommended a front end alignment after the service was completed. This service was completed at $4000 below the cost of the Mercedes dealership. I only interacted with the front staff and they were all so positive, helpful, and attentive. They were also great on communications and status updates. I never got to meet the technicians, but they never gave up troubleshooting the issue until it was fully resolved.
