All I can say is that I have never experienced any business with such excellent customer service. Our car broke down off 95 and lucky for us Royalty was close by. They took us in immediately, gave us a quote, had a welcoming waiting room with drinks, snacks, and TV. Once we we told our quote and timeframe, I booked a hotel for the night and they had a shuttle service deliver us to the hotel. Car was ready the next day by noon...exactly as promised. Not only was the car ready, they had it washed and actually placed a rose on the steering wheel. How thoughtful. I just wish we had an auto service like that near our home. Thank you sooo much for going above and beyond to make our not so good situation much better.

Extremely friendly front office staff. Love the online updates and the pictures. Never have I ever gotten a rose after taking my vehicle to the shop! Thats customer service. I'll definitely be back.

Great service again. Did an oil change and a complementary inspection. The inspection included photos so you could see. Never had that done before. This just added to how pleased I am with their service.

Easy to schedule, done in a day as advertised and on budget. What more could you want? Also phantom squeak is now gone!

Driving through when we had an issue with our air conditioner in our Ram. They were busy but worked us in right away. Have never had such fast service! Awesome!

The team at Royalty has been taking care of my family's cars for more than a decade and we were happy to get done at the new Kingsland location. I was completely confident having my car serviced so that I could safely pass it on to my 19 year old nephew -- a new generation of the family using Royalty. :)

It seems every time I travel through Georgia I find myself in need of "EXPERT Automotive Service" and my choice from the start has been Royalty Auto Service. This recent visit was a need to replace bad glow plugs in my 2007 Silverado. Michigan weather is pure misery on a vehicle due to salted roads and whatever else Mother Nature sends, which in turn, rusted my glow plugs to the block. Royalty took the time, effort and extra cost to get these rusted in place glow plugs extracted and the new ones in place. Congratulations Royalty on another job WELL DONE. If you need service for any vehicle I would trust Royalty for honesty, dependability and customer satisfaction.

I chose to use Royalty Auto Service at the recommendation of my niece. From start to finish, their service was incredible. When I first called about my issue, they were courteous and helpful. I was given a very rough estimate of cost and the length of time they estimated they’d have my vehicle. Not only did the do a great job with my car, but it was done in the time frame they stated and under cost estimate! They sent someone to pick me up to retrieve my car who was very personable, and when I arrived, they discussed the work they did, and then led me to my car. The car was immaculate - not only cleaned inside and out, but they left a single red rose inside. I highly recommend Royalty Auto Service - they are excellent in not only repairing your vehicle, but also in customer service.
