It seems every time I travel through Georgia I find myself in need of "EXPERT Automotive Service" and my choice from the start has been Royalty Auto Service. This recent visit was a need to replace bad glow plugs in my 2007 Silverado. Michigan weather is pure misery on a vehicle due to salted roads and whatever else Mother Nature sends, which in turn, rusted my glow plugs to the block. Royalty took the time, effort and extra cost to get these rusted in place glow plugs extracted and the new ones in place. Congratulations Royalty on another job WELL DONE. If you need service for any vehicle I would trust Royalty for honesty, dependability and customer satisfaction.

I chose to use Royalty Auto Service at the recommendation of my niece. From start to finish, their service was incredible. When I first called about my issue, they were courteous and helpful. I was given a very rough estimate of cost and the length of time they estimated they’d have my vehicle. Not only did the do a great job with my car, but it was done in the time frame they stated and under cost estimate! They sent someone to pick me up to retrieve my car who was very personable, and when I arrived, they discussed the work they did, and then led me to my car. The car was immaculate - not only cleaned inside and out, but they left a single red rose inside. I highly recommend Royalty Auto Service - they are excellent in not only repairing your vehicle, but also in customer service.

Our family was traveling from an hour away on vacation and our battery went out. Royalty Kingsland squeezed us in quickly and replaced our battery. They were very friendly and we highly recommend them

Sherwood took a lot of time explaining what needed to be done to my car. My car was ready when they said it would be. The receipt was very detailed and easily understood. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and helpful!

Some maintenance lights came on my prius my second day after moving to Kingsland Georgia. I took my car to Royalty Auto not knowing anything about the area. Besides the cost of the repair, I could not be happier. EVERYONE was so nice. I got a detailed description of what the problems were and what the course of action would be. I could not be happier with my experience. Thay have gotten a customer for life!!!
