Outstanding customer Service from the time you walk in an you pick up your car after service. Staff treat you vehicle like it there better service. The problem get fix the first time. They treat like family. Call with update daily statue waiting parts or what every. Great service .

My vehicle is still being repaired, but so far the experience has been above and beyond what anybody would expect from an auto shop! They called my warranty company on my behalf and handled everything from start to finish for me!

This time I took my vehicle in for routine servicing. I knew that I had to have my vehicle back at a specific time because I had to attend a meeting and go out of town. My vehcile was ready an hour before the time I requested. I went and picked up my vehicle and the vehicle was cleaner than the way I dropped it off. My experience at Royalty has been amazing to date and I am a very satisfied happy customer.
