Best experience ever had an auto repair shop

The greatest service of all time anywhere! These guys above and beyond the call of duty with excellent, prompt, and courteous service. I can't say enough positive about Sherwood, Joe and Mary Rose. Traveling for 3 days from up north to Southwest Florida, i blew a tire on I95. AAA never showed up or call but the State Police did who put the doughnut on and ordered me off I95, sending me to a shop a couple miles off 95. I literally went to 4 different shops and tire dealers who did not have the tire and were not going to get one. In one last shot before getting a hotel, i stopped at Royalty. Explaining my problem, Sherwood overheard my explanation and intervened, also saying that he did not have the tire. Nonetheless, he said he would make the call. He found the tire, went and got it, installed it and got me back on the road promptly. Everyone was friendly and considerate, offering snacks and a clean place to rest. I even tried to give them more money than charged, and they wouldn't take it. SO they are honest in addition to being competent. I got to Florida safely that night. You cannot go wrong here; they will help if they can.

Scheduled for an oil change. I had my grandson with me unexpectedly so the girls drove us in my car to my daughter's house. Then when they were done with my car they brought it to me. Those guys are awesome I'm so glad I started going to them.

Royalty picked my truck up first thing this morning after something happened on the way to work. They had it back to me before I left work! Superior customer service!

I needed an oil change, so after having a great experience with them once before for something else, I decided to give them my business this time around. I am in shock at the level of customer service I received from their entire crew. They got me in and out quickly. They were super friendly, helpful, and responsive. They gave me a courtesy ride back to my house so I didn’t have to wait, and then DELIVERED my vehicle back to me for free. They found a nail in my tire and patched it for me. Plus they gave me a detailed report of their full inspection findings, including pictures, and gave their recommendations along with pricing. Oh and they detailed it inside and out and brought me flowers 💐. Amazing experience and the price was comparable to my old place.
