St Marys and Kingsland Auto Repair

This is the second time and second vehicle that I have had serviced at Royalty Auto. My second vehicle is a 2012 and only has 64K miles on it and spends most of the time in the garage. I am preparing to take a trip with this vehicle and wanted to be sure it was ship shape and squared away for said trip. I brought the vehicle in and the duty crew did the initial inspection. I was sent a text message with the recommended maintenance and preventative maintenance items that was required. I made a call to them and asked for recommendations on how to proceed and made a determination on what was required and what could wait for future services. After a quick discussion we formulated the required plan to get the vehicle to the point where it would be tip top for the trip. When I picked the vehicle up from its service the vehicle was cleaner than when I brought it. It looks like they cleaned the vehicle inside and out. So, If you want quality service for your vehicle then Royalty Auto Service is the place where you want to go. Highly recommended! :)

Royalty Auto did a great job, I appreciated how friendly and clean their building was. I am amazed when they said they wash my Expedition inside and out. It looks great, especially the inside. The rose was nice too! Il be back for sure! All I had done was an oil change!

Excellent service! We’re new to the area, and I chose to bring our vehicles here when I heard about their annual Jr. Mechanics night for local kids. A business that puts in that extra effort is usually a good one so I gave them a shot. I was really happy with our mechanic in our last town, so I had high standards but low expectations! Royalty blew me away with their level of customer service. They took care of the cars, helped me get them back to the house when we were down with the flu, and even replaced my cracked windshield washer hose for free when I mentioned it was bugging me. The cars come back clean, and they come back quick! Now I’ve found their tik tok channel and like them even more for all the info I’m getting! 10/10 would absolutely recommend!
