Not being mechanically inclined, it’s nice to have an honest place to take your vehicle to. Sherwood told me ALL the things wrong with my car but only fixed what was necessary, and I know the work was done right.

We have been with Royalty for over twenty years. Following them to numerous locations, always knowing we would be provided work at the highest quality. They don't cut corners, they provide an honest inspection of your vehicle, a warranty to stands behind their work, shuttle service, washing and a rose. It's those extra touches that helps take the sting out of automobile repairs. Usually when a business expands their quality of work suffers. In Royalty's case, I find the opposite. Their communications with the customer is unmatched. Our advisor, Marly, kept us informed throughout our repair. Our most recent repairs we intensive, but I felt involved during the entire process. Bottom line.... You might spend a few dollars more but you will get a repair of the highest caliber with a company that will stand behind their work. What more can you ask for...

Traveling with our truck and tow camper from Maine to FL our check engine light started blinking. We called and they told us to head in so they could scan it to see what the problem was on our Toyota Tundra. It was the ignition coil. They ordered the part and had us back on the road in under 3 hours! Super friendly, professional and kind of the entire staff. Sherwood, Bree, Marly and Mike - THANK YOU!
