Amazing service, outstanding customer service and greatly appreciate their honesty. Would recommend this shop to everyone, especially to my senior citizens friends who have had to settle with getting the "run around" or getting ripped off in the past! Some maintenance lights came on my prius my second day after moving to Kingsland Georgia. I took my car to Royalty Auto not knowing anything about the area. Besides the cost of the repair, I could not be happier. EVERYONE was so nice. I got a detailed description of what the problems were and what the course of action would be. I could not be happier with my experience. Thay have gotten a customer for life!!!

Royalty Auto never lets me down. They once again picked my car up from work, completed the work on my vehicle, and returned it before I got off. They also cleaned my car before returning and left a rose on the dash. You can’t beat their customer service.

Sherwood couldn’t have been more kind or professional. My starter went unexpectedly and he gave me an idea of the cost and it was actually $200 less. I got my car back earlier than expected also. I will definitely be back if and when necessary. I highly recommend Royalty.

This place has customers for life! They have nothing but friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable staff that are truly there to serve. The service and workmanship we got done on our car is leaps and bounds above any other shop we’ve encountered. This is the only place we will go back to from now on. They really make us feel like more than a number and I can’t thank them enough for all their hard and excellent, top notch work.
