This has to be the absolute best place I have ever in my 47 years on this planet that I have taken my car to. We were coming back to Florida after seeing my son off at Hunter Army Airfield to be sent overseas and discovered a nail in our tire on the interstate. Called a few other places and didn’t get much help. Royalty Auto Service was extremely professional, kind and took care of us promptly. Telling everyone on here doesn’t really get the point across how reassuring it was to know how blessed we were that they were there to help us out. You just have to experience it for yourself and you will truly understand what I mean. Thanks again guys and we appreciate everything you all did for us.

Our 07 Silverado 6.6LBZ diesel was throwing engine electrical errors as well as glow plug errors. Due to the age of the truck and the area in which it typically resides (Michigan), the salted roads in the winter take their toll on a vehicle. That being said, one of the glow plugs broke off during extraction requiring special extraction equipment and hours of labor. Royalty completed the job and got us back on the road. Bravo Royalty!!!

4/17/2023 Traveling south on I95 From Buffalo NY, 1pm on a Saturday my 2018 Dodge Ram 5500 sucked the radiator shroud into the fan blade destroying my radiator. stuck at the Chevron on exit 14, crap. Called the local dealership and a couple Radiator shops in Jax and the part was at least 2-3 days with end of week, next week for the repair. Called Royalty Auto Service 830 monday morning spoke to Megan explained my situation, she was very caring put me on a slight hold and happily told me they could have it completed by the end of the day. i thought for sure it would be the following day, and that would have been fine. Megan arranged a tow truck ,had my 5500 ram on the truck 20min later on its way. 5pm that afternoon i called to check, prepared for some problem for sure. To my surprise she was just going to call me. My truck was Repaired, the cost was far less than the dealership and less than the original quote. I was very surprised when I saw the repair shop, Big, Brite, Open modern shop. Very impressed, great team of happy employees, what a blessing I ended up in there care. Thank You so much. Oh and they even picked me up and left a single fresh rose on the steering wheel. My girlfriend was tickled and yes I gave credit for the rose to the team at Royalty Auto Service.

They were professional and forthcoming about their work. I was definitely impressed when they found the issue, but wanted to continue doublechecking to ensure that it was correctly diagnosed. In my experience, shops would generally throw parts at it and call it a day. Not Royalty. They definitely want to make sure the issue is resolved. Prices are comparable. Highly recommend.

They are awesome! Got a new rear differential for our ford edge and they had it in the next day. They wash it and vacuumed the inside. Not many repair shops do that. But here is the cool thing, they left a rose for my wife, how damn great is that!!!! Marley is great up front and handle my extended service contract with ease. Wow this place I recommend to all my friends. Nice job guys! Thanks
