Most pleasurable experience I’ve had with an auto shop. Even with a snag in my maintenance I was greatly accommodated. My vehicle was even detailed free of charge.
If I could give 6 stars, I would. Every interaction was pleasant. Over phone or in person. My car trouble was remedied sooner than expected and at a decent price. The cleaning and the rose left in the car left me literally speechless. I would never go to any other auto servicer after this experience. Not only satisfied, but impressed.
By far the best experience dealing with an auto repair service. I would recommend Royalty to all my friends. The rose was the icing on the cake. My car is running better than ever.

Both my car and my wife's car went down at the same time, mine was a relatively easy fix so they hopped on mine right away and told me wait and it'd be 30 minutes. Waited and sure enough they had my car good and back on the road and took hers so we were able to make life work for us. Communicated very well, worked with us and never kept us in the dark or kept us guessing. Highly recommend Royalty!!

When my wife returns from Royalty after getting out car fixed or its oil changed she always has a smile on her face and for that I am very grateful.

Amazing service!! They aren't called Royalty for nothing! The level of customer service is truly superior. I dropped my vehicle off first thing in the morning and they stayed in constant communication while they worked on my vehicle. I mean you can't beat it. AND they washed and vacuumed my truck! AND they gave me a rose when I came to pick my truck up. I don't think I'll take my vehicles anywhere else. AND Marly the rep who assisted me was outstanding 👏🏽 👌 ✨️
Royalty always does right by me. I've had my truck serviced by them a couple times now, and it's reliable, quality work. Their advisory team and mechanics are all cool people, and they put the extra effort in for the customer.
